I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa and the Petco grooming team! Melissa has been taking care of my sweet boy, Shadow, for years now and her work is always impeccable. Shadow looks and feels fantastic after each visit! The Petco staff is consistently friendly and professional, making every visit a pleasure. I really appreciate it!

It brings me great joy whenever I have the opportunity to visit the reptiles. It's as if they exude a peacefulness that radiates warmth, making each encounter a delightful experience. Their friendly presence creates a harmonious environment that's hard to resist. Interacting with these captivating creatures is always a highlight, leaving me with a sense of wonder and appreciation for the beauty of nature.

The staff was quite friendly and very helpful. I was looking for a replacement fish tank. They unforgettable me a certain brand was on sale.

Took our cat to get his vaccines at Petco. Great prices, quick and the vet techs clearly cared for him to be comfortable. Highly recommend for routine vaccines.

They always make my sweet Ella look and smell amazing. Melissa has been Ella’s groomer since she was a tiny puppy, and always is accommodating to my schedule. While Melissa was out Tanya groomed Ella & did a phenomenal job. I trust them and am always so pleased with the way her grooming turns out. Highly recommend both of them to groom your fur baby !

I was very surprised on how cheap the fish tank was especially considering the size I ordered. My order was ready on time and the staff was so friendly. I didn’t order the correct amount of tank covers and the employee let me know I needed another one. I am so grateful because I had no idea and wouldn’t have known until I got home and set it all up. I will be shopping here in the future and am very pleased with my experience!

Started taking one of my dogs here for training. Jada is great and very patient doing the tasks. Macey is smart but stubborn at times. Jada has been great with teaching new techniques to get my dog to do the task. And we typically leave with new toys and/or treats! So my pup is happy!

I had great customer service ! Mya helped me get my bearded dragon a new tank and was super helpful she price matched a competitor to help me save over 50.00 and even assisted me to the car w new tank . She went above and beyond!!! Ill be back! employees like her are what makes all the difference .

Everyone was very patient and kind. Charles helped answer all my questions in pet care. The cashier was a very sweet and enthusiastic young lady.

Just wow! Tanner did an amazing job with my anxious baby, MacAlister. He was gentle and reassuring to my puppy (and to me and my spouse). Mackie is a small poodle mix, and we love to keep his coat on the long side (makes him look like a mini highland cow), but after a recent camping trip out of state where he wore sweaters for the better part of a week, he had A LOT of matting. Tanner with his 10 years of experience, explained our options and we decided to shave him because it would be less traumatic. Tanner talked to my puppy the whole time, gave him tons of reassurance and was just so kind, not to mention MacAlister looked adorable when he left. We highly recommend Petco for your pets grooming needs and please be sure to ask for Tanner.

The Manager, Edward was very professional. He went above and beyond to help with a little situation. I am thankful and pleased with his work ethic. I typically shop at Petsmart but now I will make the extra drive to shop at this location based on how amazing the entire staff are!

We went to Petco for our pups' first vaccines. Everyone was very nice and the store was clean. It was nice to still see some animals in a store for sale too. Getting to be a rare thing these days.

Had the best shopping experience due to very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Charlie W was beyond amazing at helping me find everything I needed & was able to answer all of my questions. He spent a good amount of time explaining everything & I felt very confident leaving with the correct supplies.

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received at a pet store. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They all look happy to help, to pet the animals, and to answer questions. The trainer (Sabrina) is wonderful! She’s patient, knowledgeable and adapts to your needs. The training groups are small, making it easier for the pups to learn. I almost gave the store 4 stars vs 5 based in the variety of products, but honestly, the employees make such a huge difference that I feel they deserve 5/5. Their main competitor has a slightly advantage over them when it comes to products, but I’ve rather come here just based on how nice the employees are.

I've had difficulty finding a few products that another big box pet store didn't have. I'm so glad I came here because all of the specialty things that I wanted for my new dog, I was able to find it!

Mom and I took the dogs for vaccinations there. All the employees said hello when I walked in they were very helpful and very friendly. Most definitely will return when we need more pet supplies or vaccinations.

Very lively, plenty of staff. At least 3 dogs getting groomed. Ryan spoke with me on the phone regarding if my brand of dog food was in stock. He was very kind and ensured me it was. Once I got to the store he helped me find the bag of food.

All the staff seemed to be polite and professional. A lady’s dog got off the leash and every employee jumped right into action closing the exit doors and working together to catch the dog. This is a great Petco and I will use this location from now on for my dogs necessities.

My Store, My Brandon Blvd Store! The BEST customer service I have ever received. I have been treated with care EVERY time. The associates are always super busy and still manage to find the time to help everyone that comes through the door. I was signed up for the Rewards Program and have taken full advantage with buying food for our 12 dogs! We also have a snake and Axolotl and I always find what I need. Ryan takes care of fish and reptile questions. I am grateful for all of the associates of that store!!!

I always receive amazing customer service at this location. The aquatic staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful. They really go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and keep coming back.
