You won't believe how good the food is here, the American Steak and Seafood cuisine is authentic and homemade. This is not a corporately owned eating establishment, its family owned and operated. The food quality and huge portions exceeded my expectations. We tried the rib eye, lamb chops, tuna 3 way and crab cakes they were all fantastic and reasonably priced.

I haven't there since it was the old Three Mile Harbor Inn. What a nice surprise. It's cozy, clean and casually upscale but don't let that fool you,not dressy unless you want to. All are welcome. The menu was varied and extensive. We all ordered appetizers and kept them coming. I had unsweetened iced tea that was freshly made. My companions had custom martinis and margaritas. Not a complaint from the bunch and as the table became more animated and Happy, I know they didn't skimp ! Like I said we ordered 4 different apps, all substantial, generous and very good. The entrees were saving for the next time. We also ordered desserts. We had the chocolate cake, carrot cake and key lime pie, all set out with chocolate sauce, strawberries and black berries. The fruit alone would have been fine, it was all so fresh as the rest of our dinner. They even put candles in each and sang Happy Birthday! We're not much going out people, but Blend has changed our minds. The staff , friendly and knowledgeable. We drove from Southampton, and wouldn't hesitate to do it many more times. This is now our "Go to place " !

Incredibly varied menu. There were five of us and we ordered a wide variety of items and they were all great. Large portions!!! Highly recommend.

Bring an appetite portions are generous, and everything that comes out of the kitchen is cooked fresh and of the finest quality. We've never been disappointed. Louis owner/chef is a master at his craft.

We love this place! Come for the happy hour, 4 to 7 everyday and get hooked on their food! So fresh, huge portions and not pretentious but chill and relaxed. Very clean and tidy, the service is always attentive as they ease into the busy season but this place is SO GOOD, we always find ourselves here ordering everything on the menu. Literally love this place! And the wine selection like wow, impeccable and a huge creative cocktail list that will be sure to please 😀 . Enjoy!

From the owner welcoming you at the door to ther sing along music playing overhead, then comes there food- OMG! Plate portions are huge so don't order too many appetizers-2 can share with a party of 4. Meals are also large along with dessert, so again you can share with your partner. Homely feel, not Hamptons fancy pants, snobby over priced kind of place, but this food and service is worth it. We are customers for life now and will work our way thru the menu until we have eaten it all. Victoria and her husband who own the place and are your bartender and server, love it, what a story!

Friendly comforting atmosphere . Great wine selection and great quality food. You can tell the owner takes time into his menus and is using quality ingredients. Staff was very friendly and had great recommendations. Portion sizes are very generous. We had a delicious tender steak , truffle burrata, homemade pasta with pesto and mushrooms, carrot cake and flourless chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was so rich and fudge like and the carrot cake had a like citrus note that played well with the cream cheese icing with wasn’t heavy. Highly recommend! This was my 1st visit to The Blend, but it will not be my last. Dinner was a very positive experience: waiter was knowledgeable and attentive; appetizers are definitely to be shared since portions are large; entrees were perfectly done- a beef dish and a shrimp dish-and again large portions. Wine list is extensive with good options for "by the glass." Good choices and value for the price fixed menu. A nice smattering of local people added to the comfortable atmosphere.

The Blend is in the site of what used to be The Harbor Inn. It's simple straightforward ambiance is comfortable and that was fine with us, after all you don't eat the decor. The food is superior in every way. I think the owner's name is Gus and Gus is a great chef and every single dish he serves reflects his passion. The portions are generous to a fault but nobody complained. If you want good food at reasonable prices The Blend is the perfect choice.

Generous portions and delicious! We go there often and last night had Lobster fra diavolo with homemade pasta. Just spicy enough for my taste and great texture to the pasta. Luis and his wife Virginia are a great team. The menu varies and always features a few special dishes. The pasta 3 meat bolognese is excellent and the steaks.The cocktails are a generous pour and the bar is often packed with diners.
I recommend The Blend as a warm,casual,unpretentious place to eat where the locals dine.

Food is very good. Atmosphere very calm and relaxing. I had the cod--delicious. My husband had the pasta bolognese which was also excellent. Portions are huge. Prices are reasonable. Service was very attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely go back!

We ordered take out from The Blend this week and it was delicious. The burrata and prosciutto salad and tuna appetizers were perfectly prepared. For our main course we had the General Tso's chicken which is honestly way better than New York City Chinese food. Good Chinese is impossible to find out here! We could tell that all of the ingredients are incredibly high quality! Even the carrots were delicious! I would highly recommend ordering from The Blend when you are tired of cooking. It was such a wonderful treat!

We came here about a week ago, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly, and the prefix menu was delicious at a great price. The bolognese is incredible, and the portions are great sizes. They were very covid friendly, and it was an overall enjoyable experience. Strongly recommend.

The Blend is one of the best places for dinner in East Hampton. Chef Luis and support staff led by Virginia create flavorful dishes for all seasons. The prime rib was outstanding. Fresh local oysters a must. Come, you will make The Blend one of your favorites too!
