They did a wonderful job helping my grandparents move. They had been scammed by a fake moving company and were looking for a different moving company to help them on short notice. Sue with RDS Moving was so helpful with educating us on the red flags with the fake moving company and was able to help with their move even with the short notice. All the employees were very friendly and treated my grandparents and their belongings with care and respect. My grandparents were so happy with their experience and I am so thankful that such a trustworthy company was able to assist them.

Sean, Travis did a great job with our move. They were on time, regardless of the weather conditions, and protected everything like it was there on belongings went above and beyond 💪 👷‍♂.

Sue came to the apartment for a estimate she was right to the last penny, no surprises or extra charges that were not needed. Extremely Happy.

We hired RDS Moving to move our mom. They were absolutely wonderful. They even moved heavy furniture to exactly where she wanted it in her new house. They were so hard working and very reasonably priced. We are so thankful for Sue and her team! Would recommend them to anyone and would call them again in a heartbeat!

We recently used RDS to move into our new home. From the first call to Sue to organize our day I knew that we would be pleased. Shane and crew arrived on time and worked very hard to ensure that we would move efficiently. They were so courteous and paid attention to details.. like ensuring that there was cardboard under the ramp so it wouldn't scratch our concrete, without asking didn't wear shoes, oh so carefully handled our items.. the entire crew was superior to anyone we had experienced in the past. I would not hesitate to highly recommend RDS!

The entire RDS team did an amazing job! They helped us in an emergency after being ghosted by a different company yesterday. We cannot thank them enough! Shane, Matt, and Vaughn put in overtime to get us moved which they offered to do last-minute. Sue was very understanding and truly cared about the situation we were put in with having a young child. They worked late, arrived early, and still got us moved over to our house. The estimate was spot on with what we were quoted. These gentlemen were probably exhausted, but didn't show it. Everything was handled with care and expertise. They knew exactly how to disassemble and reassemble our powered couch. These gentlemen knew what they were doing, were professional, and were very personable throughout the entire move.

Hired them to move my mom from the brained lakes area. The three guys did an awesome job and were very professional and nice. A good company to use for all your moving needs. Great prices. Good customer service. Too bad I could only leave them 5 stars!

We hired RDS to move our belongings from storage sheds to our new home. They were an amazing company to work with. All of the guys were friendly, fun and they were all very hard workers! We were very impressed. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

Ryan, Josh & Matt were the movers that helped my mother in law move on May 13th 2023. These guys were fast, friendly, personable & so helpful. They went above and beyond what they needed to do for their job. Mom was very tired when she got to her new place, so she knew they had to be exhausted.
But this moving crew got her moved without incident & they cared enough to help her get a few things set up so she would be comfortable. ❤ Ryan, Josh and Matt helped her so much. She & I am so thankful. I will definitely recommend this company to any friends or family in the future.

We hired RDS Moving ( Rick and his crew) to move our belonging from Minnesota to Missouri in April 2020. When the crew arrived at our home in Minnesota they effectively and professionally packed our belonging into their moving truck in an impressive amount of time.

RDS moving than decided that they wanted to unpack the truck a day early and were willing to meet our realtor at our new home in Missouri. We gave RDS Moving some instructions on where we wanted our belonging due to us not being present during the unpacking.

When we arrived to our home about 1 hour after RDS moving had left. We opened the door and walked throughout our home in surprise because of how impressed we were will the attention to detail RDS moving had displayed with the placement of our belongings. With just a little bit of instructions the boxes and furniture ( that were able to be assembled back together) was in the correct location and assembled correctly.

Moving through RDS was a great experience. The team arrived as scheduled, carefully packed our furniture, unpacked and placed furniture as requested. RDS efficiently moved our furniture, clothing, and the entire kitchen. They also moved multiple boxes that we had prepacked. Our best decision in relocating was to schedule RDS.

We hired this company for moving from our home to the Brainerd area. We were impressed with Sue first coming to our home to access what we had and to make a plan for the day of the move. She informed us of what to expect and was happy to answer our questions. On the day of the move, from the minute they arrived to the end of the evening, the team of 5 were awesome! They jumped right in and knew what they were doing. They took care in all of our items and worked as a great team. We had a lot! They started at 8:00 am and finished with the last box/item at 11:30 pm - Never slowing down, not complaining and really a great group to have help us during a highly stressful time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company!

I went with RDS to move all my belongings in my large house from Pierz to Rochester because I believe they have integrity. They were up front with me about the regulations they/I needed to follow (I needed to drain out the gas in my lawn mower) without taking short cuts. The quote they gave me was very close to the final cost. Even though I had quite a bit of stuff, they managed to pack things with such precision that they were able to fit it all in one truck, which saved me the cost of paying for a second truck. They have a lot of experience and work hard and efficiently. Nothing was damaged. They are very polite and ask good questions and ask for permission before disassembling something to make it fit better.

Overall a great experience and I'd highly recommend them.

We had what we thought was going to be a difficult move. Sue was prompt in returning our call and meeting us for an estimate. Shane and his crew worked fast while taking care with our furniture and walls. We couldn't have been happier with the results of our move. Great hardworking crew!

Excellent moving company. I could not have asked for a better moving experience. Everyone was so polite and hard working. Very dependable. I had RDS move me to Duluth and was completely satisfied with all aspects of their work. They went above and beyond to make certain they met, and actually exceeded, my moving needs.

RDS moved my parents from the Brainerd MN area into storage last summer and then into a condominium in Maple Grove MN in March. I can’t say enough positive about the experience. The attention to our needs and requests was spot on. The moves went very smoothly. I am very grateful for RDS and the work they did for my parents.
