Great machine, great service, great customer care. We have used Toshiba Business Solutions over many years now and have no complaints. In the rare case we have an issue with our machine, they usually have it fixed within a couple business days. Ordering supplies is easy and pain free. Our new upgraded machine looks and works great! You wont be disappointed. Mike Powers is the greatest sales guy on the planet! He needs a raise!

Mike has been excellent to work with and always makes me aware of the new technology that is available and handles all of our needs. Always available, prompt and knowledgeable. Dan in IT was also great to work with in getting all the information transferred from the old machine to the new one. While we seldom have any issues that require service, Juan is always a pleasure. Usually, same day service (within a couple of hours). An overall, excellent company to deal with!

We recently upgraded all of our copiers to the latest Toshiba models. Lyndon put together a great proposal that saved us some money. His team came to our site and actually installed all of the machines for us. Once the new equipment was up and running Josh worked closely with us to install and configure Papercut. He made the process very easy and was quick to follow up on any questions we had.

Jesse and the Toshiba team are wonderful to work with! Jesse worked with us to find the right printing solutions for our business. I never felt like I was being pushed and I always felt that our business was a priority even though we are considered a small business. In September of 2017, I purchased a plethora of new Equipment from Toshiba. Seven new machines, both color and B&W. They were high-end machines as I needed machines for a very large contract our company acquired. The company had just moved into a larger facility and we ran into several quirks and problems with the new space and trying to install so many machines. Toshiba spent days, weeks working with my company to ensure that the machines were properly installed and operating at 110%. My situation was unique and it took a lot of work to get the company up and running. None of the issues were on the part of Toshiba, and they never gave up. We worked together to solve them. It has been close to a year and the profitability of my company is due in part to Toshiba. The quality of print from their Color and B&W machines are phenomenal. We have since been awarded two more contracts due in part to the quality of our work that we submit as samples. My sales person Todd Campbell checks on us monthly. Sometimes he just pops by when he is in the area just to see how we are doing. We put an unusual high volume of clicks on our machines and the service guys are wonderful as well. They are always out within a day to get our machines up and running. They also carry the parts with them so we do not have to wait on parts to be ordered. I have been in the business since 2004. We have always used Toshiba, however, our production levels on the small format was only about 10% of what we do now. Toshiba is truly a remarkable company. They will work with you, they answer their e-mails immediately and Debbie their supply person is always available for orders.
Todd works evenings and weekends, if need be, to solve any problems that may occur, but they have been few and far between. I have recommended Toshiba copiers to other clients, who have purchased them and they too are amazed at the product. We have five 7506 color machines, they will print almost anything. Booklets, envelopes, cards, business cards, along with just the high quality prints. They fold and they saddle stitch. We also have the high performance B&W 1057, that really performs like a work horse. Our turn times are super expedient, most of the time same day, due to the efficiency of these machines. It inserts, z-folds, saddle stitches and more. We are very pleased and blessed to have partnered with Toshiba. They are an exceptional company. Their products will add profitability to your company.

We have been with Toshiba for many years now. At our most recent contract upgrade, Bruce and the Toshiba team put together an outstanding renewal package for us, better horsepower, great equipment, and additional features that will reduce our monthly costs and make us more efficient. The removal and installation this time was truly seamless. I know companies promise seamless transitions, but Toshiba and Bruce delivered! This company is standing behind their promises.

We've had Toshiba for a few years now and not only did they give us a great deal on a nice machine, but their account execs do a wonderful job with customer service. We have had Zachary Lindemann for a year or two now and he's been transferred to a new territory, but today when I needed staples bad for print time on our church bulletin, he's right on his way to make sure we have the supplies we need! Our upgraded machine is great, service and customer care is outstanding. We have used Toshiba Business Solutions for many years and would not change vendors. If we have any issues with our machine, it is usually fixed the following day unless parts need to be ordered. If parts are ordered then it may take a copy of days, but we are always informed of this delay. Ordering supplies is easy.

Toshiba has taken care of our printing needs since we opened our business's doors. They have been extremely responsive to any service or supply needs and our rep Tyler has gone above and beyond to help us utilize all of the amazing functions that our machines have. Our school has partnered exclusively with Toshiba for our technology needs for the past six years. Toshiba manages our printing and we purchase our devices through them. They have been a huge help as we transition our school to a 1:1 Chromebook initiative. Todd Campbell has worked with us to make sure we get the best price on all of our device needs. When it comes to printing, Brian Williams, Josh Tuell and their team have helped us cut our printing in half with the use of their Paper Cut software. Within the last year we purchased our 3rd machine from Toshiba. Our Rep, Tyler Haydon, is great to work with and makes it a point to understand our business. Since we have been with this company for several years, we have experienced the "wearing out" of one machine and replacing it with a new machine. No transition is perfect, and Toshiba worked with us until everything was exactly the way we wanted it.
