We buy several items every week at this Lowe’s and always have a great experience with everyone on the pro side. Matt, Rob and Rocky are always great help and make sure we always have what we need. I would highly recommend shopping at this Lowe’s.

I purchased an electric weed eater (Toro) from Lowes on 5/17 after my 2 year old Craftsmam would not feed properly. Unfortunately the bump feed feature on the Toro failed to operate properly and had poor power. This was my 1st experience with a battery operated weed eater. I purchased the more expensive 60 Volt Toro and didn't give much thought as this unit was referred to me by the sore clerk. I simply thought if I had any issues I could return the unit the same day. Initially the department manager noted I could not return the unit because it had been used. I was a bit stubborn and requested to speak to the store manager and to my relief they agreed to refund my purchase and take the used unit back. Now here is the plus for Lowes, there return policy which I was not familiar with clearly states power equipment must be returned "unused." Wow I caught a break, thank you Lowes for making an exception as I was wrong and you took care of a long time customer!

This Lowes always has alot more in stock than most other KC area Lowes. People at this location are always helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you to all that have help me in the past.

Great experience handling a trex deck order, among other things. Rocky helped me over a period of a few days and made the process easy. Thanks for the exceptional customer service!

It's a really nice Lowes. Friendly and helpful (but not intrusive) employees. Everything was stocked well.

Nice clean Lowe's and is in a good convenient location around a lot of other stores. Fun to shop around given the large selection of everything to improve your home and more.

Kelly helped me with my entire kitchen remodel. She was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, didn’t leave any loose ends. She even helped watch my 3 year old son as I was signing paperwork, she had crayons, tape, all the stuff to entertain a 3 year old. Everything went swiftly. Casey, store manager, was awesome as well. Bud did the instillation of my cabinets and I could cry because they look so good. If you’re ever needing help with kitchen remodeling, Kelly is your girl. And Lowe’s in Lee’s Summit is your place. ❤

Just got done installing Blown-In insulation and the Blower was FREE. Unlike Home Depot, $139 for 4 hrs, $199 for the day, and Menards, $79 for 4 hrs, $5 for Each additional hour.

Did the installing with afriend that watched YouTube videos and we got 26 wall cavities of my garage done in 3 hours, driving included. 4 inch hole for cellulose insulation and keep hopper only half full of broken apart half bags to make it GO easy on you.

My pick up went great after the service counter person was able to get done on the phone. I can tell that they do not have enough help, no one there to back her up. I could see here frustrations.

I want to share a contrast of 2 employees at Lowe’s. An employee in their Lee’s Summit store did the right thing to keep me as a customer when I returned an item purchased over 90 days prior. Instead of looking at my receipt, he gave me store credit which worked out perfectly for me. Ironically, Lowe’s company return policy is “no returns, refunds, or store credit after 90 days” - that policy doesn’t make for good return customers, especially when Home Depot & Menards have no such restrictive policy. In contrast, an employee at Lowe’s Independence store, when presented with my return, only pointed at their 90 policy sign & refused to help me. That is horrible customer service & gave me no incentive to return to Lowe’s as a customer. Fortunately, the Lee’s Summit employee thought outside the box & kept a happy customer!

Great experience on 7/19/22. Rob in cabinets and appliances was beyond helpful and courteous! Very nice man who took care of all of my concerns and issues with a previous purchase. Then Brandon in the Garden Center assisted me with a purchase and loading my car with several pavestones. Ryan in Customer Service was fully attentive and courteous, but could use more training on where to find item numbers or information in the computer system. All in all, a helpful and polite staff. THANKS!

Definitely my go to hardware/home goods store. Always greeted by Ashtin O. In customer service who typically walks me right to what I’m looking for. Never any issues with returns etc. Friendly Staff/Great Inventory & Low Prices!

We just ordered 4 appliances and got a great deal along with a delivery date in under week ! Their Christmas light section is amazing!

The staff was super friendly and I quickly found what I needed. Just wanted to give a special shout out to Eric. He was working the self service area Friday April 15th and he went above and beyond. We were making a purchase under the assumption it was on sale. Turns out we'd missed it by a day. We were fine with going ahead and paying the regular price, but he went and got manager approval to help us out. You don't see that kind of effort from a lot of employees stationed at self service areas.

Didn't have band saw blade I was after but its for an older Dewalt band saw so no biggie.. otherwise good experience.

Extremely kind and thoughtful. My husband and I were about to check out when we realized he’d forgotten his wallet at home so as he went back to get it, I was browsing the store. Throughout those 20-30 minutes I must’ve had at least 4 if not 5 employees ask if I was doing alright and if I needed anything. That’s not including the other 3 employees that aided us before my husband left for his wallet! You guys are doing awesome over there!
