Some great sales are going on this holiday season. Got a great deal on a table easel. The store was clean and staffed well. Staff seemed eager to help customers find what they needed. Check out staff was friendly. In and out in good time.

Online order pick up was super easy and fast. My oversized items needed customer service and they were very friendly

Was there to get paint for some models. Very good selection. Prices were great. Only negative would be the checkout area.

Found these beautiful Black Santa's to add to my collections. Found some beautiful beads also I love this store its so organized.And the cashier's are so helpful in the packing of your fragile items I just love it.

We make a point to shop here every couple of months. They have a great selection of craft goods. We recently had artwork mounted on dry board in their frame department. They did professional work. The staff is friendly at the checkout, too.

I took my six-year-old daughter here to do crafts with the staff on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays this summer. She loved it! Everyone was super helpful and fun, which was great because I am not crafty! I also learned a bit about the bottom feeders that steal sewing machines and cricket accessories to resell them online. Jerks!

They also had sales going on for scrapbooks and scrapbook paper so we grabbed some. Great selection.

Their prices are comparable to other crafts stores. Their selection isn’t as big as the store is somewhat small. It’s very well organized and stocked. No empty spaces on the shelves which tells me that their employees aren’t afraid to do work. lol I was helped by Gavin who showed me around and helped talk me through what I was doing and what my best options were. I’m glad I stopped to check it out rather than going to my usual place. I will be coming back! 😊

There was a great selection of items. We got yarn amd beads. There are all kinds of crafts, flowers and decorations. They have good sales if you catch them at the right time.
The store was clean. The area is safe. The employees were polite and professional. The Cashier was patient as we searched for a coupon. It is a great place to run in, grab what you need and go.

It's a nice craft store with lots of different things for different craft projects or decorations. Staff is friendly as well. You need to play the coupon game to maximize your savings as usually their shelf prices are higher than they need to be.

As an adult, I started buying Star Wars Legos with the grandiose idea of displaying them in some epic diorama depicting the greatest scenes of my favorite movies. My collection grew and grew, and I was well in my way. But then life did what it does and stepped in to smash my dreams to bits:. I got a girlfriend.

So in my storage totes full of battered Rebel and Imperial starfighters, battle cruisers, speeders, huts in swamps and Hutts on sail barges, all I had was a pile of forgotten history. Where did the Jedi Order end and the farm boy with Daddy issues begin? Why are battle droids on Endor and hangar Bay 327 and not on Naboo? This is what had become if my collection.

Then one day, while being in Michael's by choice, and not just carrying a purse around for someone else, I saw this book. It was more like a connection! A feeling that pulled me to it. And when I opened it, I felt the deep, resounding tremor that moves through Earth, flesh, and soul, echoing off the distant shores of eternity. Ideas Book for Star Wars Legos. I can finally play with my Legos.

It's at Michael's, so clearly this place is dripping with the force.

I looked for a frame for a print. I had the most amazing associate helping me. She tried lots of frames and never complained or looked frustrated. That's what I call great customer service!❤

Cashiers helpful ..im disabled they helped take package to car. And helped a friend do her return. But their on phone CS needs looking at. Couldn't do a online cancel at store. Even though item wasn't even in shipping status.

Wonderful experience in the Framing Department. I brought in a small project. Ashley spent lots of time with me on making sure it would turn out perfectly. She even said that if I was unhappy with the finished product, she would re-do it for me until I was happy. Wonderful staff and very reasonable prices.

I love this place. Their fabric section is inexpensive compared to other fabric stores but still quality grade! Their allotment of bulk canvases are impressive and I love their seasonal items!

The store is clean and the service is good. They could likely use more workers, but what place couldn't at this point. The young ladies handled everything well - running cash registers and helping customers find items.

This is one of my favorite stores. I'm a crafter from the heart. I can find most items I need plus more.

We usually find great stuff here. Good discounts, great coupons! My 13 year old made an amazing Halloween wreath from items we found here for under $15 with coupons. My 12 year old made a beautiful painting with their products as well. Good place to go for stocking stuffers and Easter baskets. Nice and helpful staff.

Great selection of Fall decorations and Halloween to make any room come to life. Wide range of crafts for any occasion. Prices are fair. Would recommend that if you need that one of a kind item look no further.
