Panera Bread

Awesome as is every PB that I’ve visited from coast to coast! Especially the amazing people that get hired. Always top shelf human beings.

Oh and they were the first public franchise retailer in America to offer FREE WIFI. Before other restaurants, hotels or anywhere. They’ve been ahead of the curve for a very long time.

I wish I would have gotten the girl at the drive-thru's name today I was a little flustered and I'm not the best at doing online ordering. I used my gift card I had but I had noticed for some reason probably through operator error of my own. The 20% off didn't come off I had used the online ordering so I asked her if I could get the 20% off. She said yes. Never once told me that it was because it was my fault. Never made me feel stupid over it. Her and her manager were so polite. I just want to say a big thank you. It's people like you who make me want to come back. Thanks for making me. Have a good day.

We always enjoy Panera food! Both of our kids will eat there which is rare if the food isn't burgers. Online ordering frequently doesn't work, which is frustrating. So, sometimes we order elsewhere just for the online ordering convenience. Staff are always nice!

I haven’t been to a Panera that wasn’t good. This is a new opening and I’m happy they’re there. They just need to work on the service just a bit.

My favorite is cream of tomato with a grilled cheese sandwich. They moved across the street. There is now a drive-thru. My favorite sandwich is the turkey bravo.

My wife didn't like the salad dressing that came on the salad and the manager was nice enough to fix it. They were also very fast!

Their new place had drive thru and it looks great.

Came 10 minutes before close and we were treated great.

Always a great experience. Everyone is super nice and the bagels are very tasty.

This is my favorite Panera Bread in the Kansas City area. I hadn't been there for awhile and I was very satisfied with everything. I must say this is the cleanest restaurant I have seen for some time. This location is very well managed. I am impressed!

Richard Wesley, Today I had a hard day. Will not bother with details, everyone seems to be having a hard time lately. But for context, my head just wasn’t screwed on right.

I ordered over $50 worth of food tonight and received it quicker than I anticipated. However, I was disappointed to see the food wasn’t the normal level of quality I receive from this store.

I also thought ingredients were missing from two of our sandwiches. I called and spoke with Richard who was very obviously busy enough. I complained and he listened, and overcame my complaints with compassion. I was wrong about the ingredients! lol. (Sorry Richard!) But, he issued me a refund for my two items when I didn’t even deserve one because nothing was wrong!

Richard said he could tell I was having a rough night and just wanted to help. He was so kind and genuine.

Upon further reflection, I realized this same Richard I spoke with tonight was also my first boss EVER at this same Panera 10 years ago. He took care of me then as an employee but he knew me. It’s a whole other feeling to receive the same compassion 10 years later as an anonymous patron.

Thank you genuinely for all you do and have done for our community!

Excellent food and service, nice place to eat and relax.

They still make loaves of bread. So if you need some for a good sandwich or a side it's likely a good place to go. Everything else I'm sure is just fine.

Clean, staff is attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Came here this morning before having to get my car serviced. The gentleman at the front that helped ring me out (I think the manager) was the sweetest person and paid for my order. Day made! Thank you so much Richard! Great customer service!

Whoever owns this - you have amazing staff! I have been in the location several times. Your team at the counters are always so pleasant and helpful. I've also ordered catering for our company several times. Once, I was running behind to pick up my catering and they called just to make sure I was ok.

But I had to finally write a great review based on something that happened two weeks ago. It was a cold night and my mother-in-law was staying the evening with us. We decided to order Panera delivery (which we never usually do). When the order arrived, the other "half" of my MIL's you pick two was missing.

I called up to the restaurant kind of frustrated (who likes to have part of their order missing?) and the manager of the restaurant went out of his way, literally, to correct the mistake. I don't want to go into all the details of how well he took care of this, but suffice it to say that he made loyal Panera Bread customers out of us. It was the kind of customer service that many companies claim to have, but few rarely demonstrate.

Went to this location between sporting events for my daughter today. Strawberry poppyseed salad was not on the menu anymore (seasonal), but the manager went out of his way to make this salad for her anyway. Really good customer service!
