You can't beat a Waffle House for breakfast... And this location doesn't disappoint. There are skilled cooks running the line to get the food out fast along with a friendly wait staff. I love the diversity of Waffle House they welcome everyone!

Very family friendly, fun, with kind and fast staff. We did have an issue with our order, but it was quickly corrected and we jammed to some of our favorite songs while we waited. Delicious waffles and hot coffee! Also best grits I've had in a long time!

Great experience at Waffle House in Lee's Summit on Douglas Rd. Food was delicious! The Waitress and the Cooks were all Professional, and Friendly! It didn't take long for my food to be served fresh & hot! Phenomenal Atmosphete, I'll definitely return soon! 😋🔥

Out of every waffle House that I've been inside, this is by far the cleanest and friendliest. The food was on point, the service as well. Coffee was good. I highly recommend them. Experiences are different for everyone but I loved it. First time there today and won't be the last. 🙏🏼😇

11 PM on a Saturday. Super quick, great food. Great atmosphere, the jukebox was playing mostly Taylor Swift with a little Blink-182? and the team was really a team. Extra friendly service. This may well be my favorite Waffle House of all! Ask Melony about her special sandwich treatment...

Waffle House - one of those places that provides a comfort meal. Their waffles and grits are my favorite! I don’t feel the need to write much else - if you’ve never had Waffle House, idk what to tell ya lol

We had a great server, great food. I was pleased that the restroom was clean. That is important to people. If the restrooms aren't clean, you wonder about their kitchens!

Food was amazing, first time ever at a waffle house and it was a wonderful experience with my mother. Nathan was out waiter, they did a wonderful job at making sure we were pleased with our food and kept drinks filled the whole time. I will definitely be back soon!

Hot, fresh breakfast on a very cold day before the Chiefs play. I love watching them cook on the grill, staff are attentive. Always excellent service- wherever you are in the country!

Absolutely awesome. Came from 5 hours away to a convention there and this place rocks! Outstanding service by our waitress polite and on top of it.food hot and fresh and very good. Can't recommend them enough. if I lived closer I would be there regularly .dam good food! Good prices .can't lose on this .try them you will not be disappointed!

I was on a road trip for a family emergency and stopped at this waffle house on the way. It was about 1:30am and I needed food to drive through the night. Nikisha was my server and she couldn't have made me feel more welcome. Anything she could think we may need she was there instantly, and it was a huge relief to feel so welcomed while being so irritable and worried. I'm glad I stopped here, best experience I've ever had at waffle house

Good food; newer waitress, we presume, as she had to fix both of our orders because she didn't write down or communicate it correctly to the cook. As we entered, we walked thru a good sized puddle of water in the aisle, but when I pointed it out to the waitress, she just put the caution sign over it. No one bothered to clean it up.

Exactly what you want when you go to a Waffle House!!! All the nostalgic feel minus the all the stuff that has given the name somewhat of a bad reputation.

*4/3/24* Awesome food. Great staff. If you walk away hungry , that's your own fault. Plenty of selections to choose from. "T " is THE BEST waitress EVER !!! Very attentive and keep my Diet Coke filled up. All the staff was smiling , laughing and working as a team. The Lee's Summit location has by far been the BEST location that I have been to in the 30+ years that I have been eating good grub from Waffle House. And I will probably be eating at Waffle House for another 30 if I have my way...

The staff here is awesome. It’s been over 13 years since I’ve eaten at a Waffle House. Food is just as good as their service.

My man loves the waffle house. He gets grits, eggs and cheese, smoke ham, and white toast. And a hambuger.

Well tonight 8/12 at 1150pm I came to waffle House expecting the same average food I always get. I love awful house that’s why this is getting if I review. But the staff working tonight was complete garbage. Young lady, taking orders with pink hair, didn’t know how to take orders or get orders out. The black guy on the grill burnt everything he made. I come to this waffle House a lot this ain’t the crew. I normally see when I eat here. The other crew is an older lady cooking with her daughter as a waitress They are fantastic! But the crew working tonight definitely needs some work.

This waffle house was packed. It was Christmas Eve, and they were still pleasant and happy to serve. We were very pleased and thankful they were open. Crew did a great job with everything. We appreciated the service and food.

This is the best waffle house I have eaten at. The people are fantastic and the cooks are so fast and great.
