I am so excited with how my total panel redo turned out and glad I trusted Levi and team at Midwest Avionics to do the work. We absolutely gutted the panel, taking it from 1964 to 2024, and it turned out top notch with all the latest and greatest Garmin has to offer. Levi took the time to sit down in my plane with me to fully scope and understand the job, so I felt very good about the quote I was receiving. Throughout the entire process we were in communication and making sure we were on the same page about progress, scope changes, etc. When the work was complete, Levi flew with me to troubleshoot and identify any issues with the new avionics; the very minor issues he was able to identify were resolved in real-time or within the next day. Highly recommend Midwest Avionics!!!

Levi Self and Midwest Avionics are great! They just finished installing my Garmin 500 autopilot. I had ordered it last fall and Levi scheduled it for March. He started right on time and coordinated with my mechanic doing my annual. He kept to his estimate and explained other options to me. He also replaced a bad static port and replaced my turn coordinator with 2 USB – C charging ports. Levi was available in person or by phone if needed. It is sure nice to have another Garmin dealer in the area.

1000 miles from home on a holiday weekend with my GPS and ADS-B inop. Levi and Abbi fit me in their busy schedule Monday morning, had the problem troubleshot by the afternoon, and a replacement unit shipped overnight. Wednesday morning I was on my way. Great communication! Levi kept me in the loop during the entire process. Great customer service! Abbi’s friendly personality alleviated my concerns of leaving my aircraft with an unknown shop miles from home. Outstanding service!!! I was thoroughly satisfied with Midwest Avionics and give them my highest recommendation if you are in need of avionic work! Thank you so much!
