Such incredible, hardworking, and kind employees! I've met with a few doctors when they came to my place of work offering to take patients on. I know people who take patients there, and they have made amazing progress! 100% recommended Military families and service-connected members to seek out the services. It's a down payment for the waiting list, but we got in very quickly. The front-of-house ladies are on it; you are not rushing out the door. Take the time to get the best dates as soon as they are available. I'm very pleased with how smoothly the clinic runs.
It's clean and feels safe, and I didn't edit the photo because I wanted you to see it. It even has little touches here and there that make it feel cozy.

I never thought I would write a review for a Psychiatric Service but after the experience I had, it felt important.

This was my second attempt at trying to find a psychiatric professional. I cannot express how much of a difference it was from my previous experience. The front desk was very kind, professional, and timely. Making and scheduling appointments is a breeze. Communication regarding billing is very clear. The waiting room has a lot of windows and calm music, as well as being kept clean with hand sanitizer ready to go.

My psychiatrist listened, diagnosed, and effectively treated my symptoms in the most understanding manner possible. I could not have had a better experience. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work - this is the impression that I had received.

I have been a patient of Dr. Prough's for over 10 years and he also has had my health and well being first. He reviews your notes from your last visit so he is completely refreshed when you walk in his office for your appointment. He is a very compassionate physician that definitely listens to your input and together there is a wellness plan created specifically for you.

Dr. Brown is incredible. I went from having constant, debilitating anxiety everyday, all day, to actually feeling like a normal person. Every time I've reached out to this office for medication refills/questions, I email them and they usually email back within the hour. My appointment times are always on time as scheduled, I'm never sitting in the lobby waiting for long periods of time. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a good Psychiatrist.

White Oak psychiatry is by far the best I have ever been to. The people there are great they go above and beyond the call of duty to help a patient out I’ve been to many and non-compared to White Oak.

I started my journey with Jennifer Brown APRN 2-3 years ago when I was at the lowest of lows and now today I am almost the highest of highs due to all her help and support. My kids and I can live a happier and less chaotic life. I'm even enrolled into nursing school. I wouldn't be so close to greatness without her! I will forever be grateful!

Dr Williams is an amazing physician. He has been able to get my husband back on track after he suffered from a TBI. We are very thankful for his care. Dr Williams gets 5 stars from us!

Been coming here for years, very flexible, and my doctor is super helpful and understanding. I feel listened to, and treated like a human being even when I make mistakes and forget to reschedule appointments. Very affordable and will work with you! This practice is great. I am always able to easily schedule an appointment, and medication refills are as easy as leaving a message with reception and getting a call back from the doctor or office manager later. I've seen Dr. Michael Williams for many years, and there hasn't been a single time I have been upset about the care I receive.

Also, I, personally, have never had a problem with reception. I have seen several different front desk people over the years and they have been nothing but kind and helpful.

I see Dr.Jennifer Brown, she has been compassionate and very caring to my needs. After seeing the same doctor for 30 yrs. and switching to another psychiatrist she has been a 5 star doctor, assisting me through difficult times! She has an amazing demeanor and I always leave the office a better person!! Highly recommend!!!

I have been seeing Jennifer Brown over 3 years now and she has been my biggest cheerleader. She has helped through some really dark times and has always been there to help me remember that I am bigger than anything else. I've seen the negative reviews and honestly, I'm dumbfounded. The office has always been courteous and Jennifer herself has been a lifesaver. I don't know where I'd be without them.

I see Jennifer Brown and she has been WONDERFUL to work with! She is super sweet, compassionate and caring. I feel listened to and she treats me like a human and not just a set of symptoms. She picked meds for me that do wonders! I personally would highly recommend her!

Covid sucks winter is coming and almost everyone feels bad. Remember folks these guys and gals here are Psychiatrists not your therapist. If you treat your doctor very nicely as well as their staff you will have no issue with this doctors office. Dr. Jennifer Brown has been great for me as well as very reliable. I have seen others complaining on here but if your a big wreck, lashing out, all angry and hostile don’t be surprised one second if you get dropped or let go as a client/patient. Rude & aggressive behavior is certainly not tolerated and I personally couldn’t agree more. Please be kind to your physician & staffing they deal with a lot more headaches than anyone of us know. A little patience, kindness and politeness goes a long way with your health care providers.

Review folllow up: I’m a natural empath so this is easy for me. I know we all have not healed from _____. But the guys/gals staffing are 10x busies than before. Everyone, if you gong to leave a bad review as yourself if you’re really helping. Jennifer Brown has improved the quality of my life and gave me back my most precious possession which is restfully sleeping. Be kind to the staff, show some love and they will reciprocate.

Dr. Jennifer Brown sees my husband and my son. She is PHENOMENAL. She listens, asks questions, and truly cares about her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable, shares her knowledge, and is very thorough. We will not see anyone else! Highly recommend!!!

As a previous employee of White Oak I can see both the truth & exaggeration in some of these reviews. YES sometimes you do have to wait longer than expected because keep in mind you’re visiting a psychiatric office where neither the doctors or staff know what condition the patients are in when they arrive.
YES you will be told about your balance before being seen. YES you will have to pay something before you can come back because it’s a private practice, they can’t keep their doors open if everyone refuses to take the initiative to understand their insurance & pay what’s required to be paid. I know for a fact the office is flexible with payments as long as you are actually making them.
All of the doctors and staff are wonderful and I know the quality of care given is exceptional. You won’t find doctors that care as much as the ones that practice here.

Professional and honest. Dr Mirza will help you formulate a plan to begin your journey on a healthier, happier you. He is a great psychiatrist who makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I am so glad I found him and have been working with him for a few years now.

My daughter was recommended here by her therapist. After reading the reviews I had mixed emotions. The brunette at the front desk was very helpful and so was Ms. Brown. She took her time with my daughter and thoroughly explained everything. Highly recommend. Plus, right on time. Didn't spend anytime waiting.

I've been seeing Dr. G (Goswami) for over a year and a half, and I honestly believe he is looking out for my best interest. My recovery has gone slower than I expected, but that falls on me, Dr G has done a great job of keeping me from falling back into bad habits, and does a great job of reminding me what the goal is every visit. The staff are generally hospitable, with a few random exceptions. But that's to be expected with every office you go to. Overall I can say that if I hadn't come to see Dr G, my life would be very different right now, in a bad way.
