This is one of the best Lululemon stores that I have visited. The employees here are very friendly and always willing to help.

I will say this store isn’t the largest Lululemon I’ve been too. It they usually have a good amount of inventory. If they don’t have something you’re looking for, they will gladly check for items or sizes that are not currently on the floor. They have mobile devices to scan the QR code on the clothing tag. It will then show them if they have inventory in store; at a store nearby or online. If they don’t have it, they will place the order for you along with fast free shipping. Orders normally ship via FedEx and deliver quickly.

Of course the shopping bags your items come with are awesome. They are very versatile and I usually repurpose them for other things like taking to the pool or on the boat. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay and can email receipts.

I had a very positive experience at the Lululemon store at Bridgestreet in Huntsville today. I had an issue with some pants I had purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and Connor and Craig were incredibly helpful. They both greeted me in a friendly way when I entered the store and were eager to provide assistance. They took time to listen and were quick to solve my issue.

Just wanted to give a shout out to especially Connor who spent the most time helping me. He was so kind and patient

This is a nice new store with a modern feel. It is small but they have lots of stuff without the store looking crowed. Sizes are easy to find and the staff was very helpful.

I went for post Christmas shopping, so Boxing Day. The store was super busy but the staff members had sale racks organized very well and there was a clear line for the dressing room. The checkout line was quite long but they were moving efficiently. They also had a person going through to take out the alarm tags to speed up the process. I want to shout out the crew member Cade who was checking out people in line who were paying with card to speed up the process. He went out of his way to get one of the red bags for my clothes at my request despite a very busy store. Overall, the store is well put together and they handle high traffic well. The crew members are kind - which isn’t the case for every retail store.

Super long story!

The Knoxville lululemon is full of intimidating and slightly unkind educators, especially if you don’t fit the overall look they think you should have. I wore glasses and was ignored while being made fun of for wearing glasses. Needless to say, I’m not winning any beauty contests anytime soon, but it hurt to hear.

However I love the technical fabrics and cuts of the clothes lulu sells for working out and my husband and brother love them too.

Which brings me to my actual review!

The educators at the Huntsville lululemon have never made me feel unwelcome, unnerved, or even slightly out of place. They are kind, honest, and so helpful. My brother, bless, is also fairly short and the educators on shift were so wonderful. They genuinely cared that he got appropriately fitting garments, and they helped with the gemming process.

Go here, feel surrounded by helpful and sweet people, and spend a crazy amount of cash on well-fitting clothes. You won’t regret it.

I love this store! I have taken a few in-store yoga classes here, but I have never actually shopped at Lululemon before. I stopped in this location today to try on their infamous leggings and the store associates were so helpful! Jason knew exactly what I needed for my race tomorrow, he was so knowledgeable on each type of legging and knew exactly what I needed. I will highly recommend this store to everyone!

Amazing store, and customer service. The atmosphere feels very warm, and welcoming. The women that assisted me today did a phenomenal job. I'm only shopping here for athletic gear from now on 10/10!

Although it pains me to spend $50 on a pair of shorts for my daughter, I understand these are just the times we live in. The staff at this store are phenomenal...way more courteous than the Lululemon in Birmingham. As the saying goes, it’s people that seal the deal and the people at the Bob Wallace Lululemon are tops!

Didn’t think I could love Lululemon more until I visited this Huntsville location. The staff went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Hannah if you see this, you are an absolute gem!!! Thank you again!
