Gabby and Ondrea were so helpful and friendly! I’m not a “tech” person and they took the time to explain everything to me so I would understand. So helpful getting me internet, changing my phone plan, and purchasing a new watch! Didn’t try to up-sell me on things I didn’t need but made sure to get me what I did need. I have other T-Mobile stores near me but continue to go out of my way to this one because of the outstanding customer service and support from the staff at this location! I would highly recommend them for any T-Mobile services, support, supplies, whatever you need!

Will not visit any other store in the area but this one. I was forced to visit this store because the one in my area was closed(it was 10:20am). Dex was awesome. I didn't get the other reps name but she was awesome as well. In and out within 30 mins. Customer service was excellent. No issues, answered any questions I had about my account. Definitely the best store in the area.

I decided to go to this Sprint store after I read the reviews. Every positive review confirmed what I experienced as a customer in the the store today. Although the sprint team was busy assisting other customers they acknowledged me immediately. Marc , Izzy and Saevn make a great team. they went above and beyond to assist me with my telephone issue. They listened attentively and offered alternatives and different options to have my cellphone replaced. I appreciate the service guys. You rock!!!

I have been to many Sprint stores to get upgrades, accessories or for just assistance alone. Not many of them are like this one. I was recommended to this store by a friend of mine who explained that the guys here will help me with anything I need. He was right! Sky helped me out with figuring which phone was going to be best fit for me deciding between Apple and Samsung. He also helped me save money which I can't complain about. But, the best thing about coming to this store was that Sky and his co-worker were more than courteous, kind, had a positive attitude, I look forward to working with these guys more in the future!

I have been to many sprint stores and this store has the best customer service! Izzy really was great with not only my phone issues but I had to take my boys and he was awesome with them too! I would recommend Izzy and this store to anyone!!! They are very genuine and want you to leave happy.

I walked into this Sprint Store on Haggerty, and I was completely wowed! Never before have I experienced such great service. I had a problem with my LG G4 (boot loop issue), and they were very quick to order me a new phone. I needed a new case, and they had it the very next day! These guys are truly the pros. They are very kind, helpful, and I strongly recommend that you go here if you have any problems.

I am very satisfied with the service and Saevn, Izzy and Marc have been a great help showing me how to operate my phone. At my age I really appreciate it. I would recommend all my friends and family to this location. Great work WEST BLOOMFIELD TEAM. The new management team took over on 5-1-16 and they are like not other in the industry. I tried to get a mobile broadband and they told me I did not need it. As much as they wanted to make a sale they did what was in my best interest. They look out for the customer and not just their pockets like others do. GREAT WORK AGAIN!!!

Friendly. Knowledgeable. True professionals. I’ve had Sprint for years, and have considered leaving many times. The staff at this store are second to none. They always take care of whatever issues I’m experiencing promptly, and have kept me loyal to their brand. Highly recommended.

Not only have they worked with my time constraints, these guys have done EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to help me replace my phone and keep service and connection in the mean time. They are fast , they are awesomely friendly.. these guys are the top dogs for sure. I've been to a few sprint stores with issues before, but I'll tell you if you're going anywhere else you're not getting your money's worth. THESE GUYS are the ones you should be talking to about any issue! They will always do everything they can to help! And not just me. My issues have been time consuming and I have watched them multitask and handle multiple customers in between helping me fix my service. This is the store you want to be at, hands down!!!

Marc and Saevn are hands down the BEST Sprint employees I've ever encountered. THANK YOU for being so patient and helpful. Go to no other Sprint store!! Sprint's policies, plans and procedures can be frustrating and overwhelming to say the least. By far the best Sprint store in Oakland county. The staff and service representatives are extremely knowledgeable and know their phones inside and out. Their selections of new phones and accessories were beyond my expectations. The store is always clean and organized. I'll be back again.

For the last year I’ve been coming to this location even though I live far away. I recommend working with Jacob, he always goes above and beyond for me and everyone that comes into the store. Sky and the manager Saevn went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase of the iPhone. They even activated the phone and transferred the contacts in a matter of minutes because they knew we were in a hurry. Would definitely drive the 50 minutes back up there again in the future strictly for the customer service.

My family has always gone to this specific location due to knowledge, convenience, helpfulness, and the super welcoming caring staff. So the one time I didn't it caused havoc. My visit to get it all sorted out went as smoothly as ever and was done in 2 seconds! Super friendly guys and I defiantly won't go to any other sprint store again! Thanks a lot guys!

I got the pleasure of having the owner Saevn help me with my upgrade today, Him and his employees are very nice and know what they are doing, Saevn isn't just in a rush to get you done and out of there, he makes sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving his store. The process was so much easier and faster than any sprint store I've been to. Definitly will not go anywhere else for a phone!!

Excellent customer service! I was having issues logging in to my account online. It would not recognize me all of a sudden even though I have been a Sprint customer for years. After visiting the Novi location (they couldn't or wouldn't take time to fix it), and then 3 frustrating phone calls to the 800 customer service line with no solution, I visited this West Bloomfield store and Skylen was friendly, patient and helpful, and he solved my issue for me! I highly recommend this store if you're looking for super service!

I can't say enough about this store! I have been a Sprint customer for 17 years and had a problem with my phone. Called 3 stores, the 800 number and tech. support. Joe at this store was the only person I found to provide a solution that made sense. Even if it's out of your way, take a few minutes to visit this store where the employees are knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent.
