Commerce PetSmart is the best, I can’t make appointments online because of Northville, I understand that I had two no shows but it wasn’t intentional and honestly you can charge me but it worked out even better because commerce is the best and we are good tippers, northville needs corporate to set them straight but look what kind of good job these ladies did

PetSmart is great we adopted two kittens through there. They work with a place called For the love of cats. You do an online app they call with a day or two you see the kitty on Saturday and we purchased two of them. We sent 130.00 on the kitty's and paid 40.00 with the coupons they give you. We love our kitty's.

Victoria did a wonderful job yesterday on my dog, she worked really hard on getting the winter mats out and groomed her like the picture I showed her. I’m very happy with Pet Smart! Thanks Victoria 😊

Great well-stocked store. They allow you to bring your pet inside. Friendly knowledgeable staff with many services for your pet.

I took my cat in for a nail trim with Danielle tonight and she did amazing with him ! My cat can be a little "spicy" and she talked to him the whole time and he didn't make a sound ! There was another girl assisting her and I am grateful for both of them ! Jovi and I will be back 😺

Danielle provided excellent haircut to my 6 month old puppy. Will definitely recommend this place for pet grooming.

Friendly, my dog loved being there. Last time I was there told them I was adopting a rescue and they had a whole coupon book for rescuing. Love it.

Employees are always nice and helpful, they have a large variety for all pets. I also got my corn snake, Hex here. He's very sweet and a healthy boy. Always come here for the mice for him, I like the points system that they have.

I really love to go to PetSmart. I love to go in the back room and look at all the rescue animals. And talk to the birds plus you can take your dog in there and give it a bath. Which is great

This store seems to be better stocked than the ones in Northville and Livonia. They also have pet training and appointment times for pet vaccinations. I didn’t go by their adoption section because I knew I would have wanted to adopt another pet and since there is a restriction of 2 pets per home, where I live, I didn’t want to break an animal’s heart. They have a free rewards program which is worth signing up for. Especially since I stock up. Displayed in the center aisle were various cute costumes for Halloween. Parking is free with plenty of spaces. The store is also very clean and clutter free with wide aisles.

I deliver to them and I must say the staff is very nice and the store is always clean.

I’ve been shopping here for my dog supplies since the day they opened - about 40 years ago! They always had what I needed, and if I couldn’t find something, or had questions about products, they were always willing to help. My dogs enjoyed the treats they gave them after each visit for being good, too!

Got my parents a kitten during a pet adoption week. Kitten was well taken care of and had his shots. Kitten came with all his paperwork with him being spayed and list of shots.

My puppy molly had a very bad experience at another groomer and was traumatized by that horrible experience:( but we always go to petsmart shopping together and met Stephanie the groomer there and molly loves her….so I decided to have Stephanie groom her since she seemed comfortable there and it was a happy place for her to go. Needless to say, it worked out great! Stephanie and the groomers at petsmart are all so nice and friendly! She did an awesome job and molly came back to me this time, happy and beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and petsmart! Do not let negative reviews deter you! It’s not about the place, it’s about the people! And they have excellent, sweet, kind and professional people working there! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Our labradoodle is well trained in very intelligent. When I was in an adjacent parking lot to pet smart she started barking like crazy. She new where she was and she wanted to go in. so we decided to go in even though we were hungry, tired, and it was dinner time. Sadie has just lost her sister to other family members unfortunately and so we decided to get her a new toy. The staff at petsmart said we could throw the toys on the ground to see if she would like them And be interested to play with them. It was very helpful. Oh yeah, the hat is from PetSmart too.

The guy that helped us find our new friend waited for his break and helped my clueless self find everything thing I need on my spontaneous buy a lizard trip thank you so much you made mine and my daughter's day and he's doing great!!
