Trek Bicycle Walled Lake

Everyone here is so amazing, best customer service. We worked with Nancy/Cal/Stephen and purchased 2 new bikes. Got helmets, kickstands, had those installed here as well. Cal worked to get me the exact bike and exact color I wanted delivered from another store several stated away. Stephen also gave us lots of recommendations on where to bike nearby. I really appreciate it guys!

This was the first time I've ever been in ANY store for a bike repair.

My kiddo needed a new tire. Online it says it's a fairly easy process. Everything can be a fairly easy process if you know what you're doing LOL

Needless to say, I had to go in to get a new bike tire. I have no clue how to maintain a bike!! So I'm thankful that they provide these services.

They do complete bike maintenance and repair. They took care of my kid's bike needs in less than 5 minutes.

They have a service where they can pick up your bikes from the house. I believe you need to call and set up that service. I will be doing that soon because I have a small car but 3 of the huge fat tire bikes. That has NEVER been maintained since we have owned them. So I'm super excited to come back and get all my bikes serviced.

Also, everyone here is super nice.

I didn't feel silly or out of place even though I did not know anything about bike services.

Awesome place super friendly staff very helpful excellent selection. I wish they were closer to me. They were the closest location that had the medium in blue dual sport bike that I wanted.

I called to see if they could help adjust my rear suspension on a new bike (that I didn’t purchase from the store) Cal, was extremely nice and understanding and when I asked if it was something they could do that day, which was a busy Sunday, he said yeah! I took the bike in and Mike helped me get everything set up. Not only did they help, they showed me how to do it myself for the future. Every other employee I ran into had a smile on and was nice. Being new to the area, this will definitely be the bike shop for me going forward.

My kids needed new bikes for the new year. We tried a couple big box stores and were ignored, but as soon as we walked into Trek WL, Stephen immediately greeted us and helped my kids find great bikes for their size and experience. He was very friendly throughout and took the time to learn (and remember) my kids' names, which I thought was a great touch. I couldn't bring both bikes home at once, so I had to come back for the second one. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service manager had attached the accessories we purchased while I was gone.

The level of service and care at this store was phenomenal. You'll pay a bit more here than if you're buying a bike at Target, but it's worth it for the service, knowledge, and quality you can get here.

I visited this amazing bike shop the other day - needed to get new bikes for my 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter. Nancy helped us get the correct sizes for my kids, got us setup with a "test drive" in the parking lot, and was extremely helpful in the process. The bikes are high quality and the store had a great selection. Also, for new bike purchases, they offer free tune ups within one year.

I communicated with this store about delivery of an online order I placed. Though my order couldn't be delivered beyond their delivery range, I still very much appreciated their friendly service and clear communication in my situation. A lot of time was dedicated to helping me out.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service!!! I took my bike in for routine maintenance. A problem was found that needed a part. Due to no fault of the store, the part was difficult to obtain, and my bike stayed at the shop longer than anyone had anticipated. Throughout the waiting process, I was kept informed of the situation. When the part finally arrived, my bike was quickly repaired. Jordan, the Service manager arranged for complimentary delivery, which arrived w a box of pastries. I would absolutely recommend this store for its capable, top-notch service, as well as their personal approach to their customers.

My husband and I found trek last year when he wanted to get into MTB, and every visit has been amazing. I wish I remembered everyone’s names from all visits because they all deserve shoutouts, but this last time I went in there Nancy and Stephen were the two to work with me. I felt well taken care and I never felt like I was burdening them with all of my questions. They pulled down so many bikes for me to test out, making sure I was getting the bike that I wanted. I’d highly recommend going to this store for any and all of your biking needs.

The team is great, especially Mike. He helped me make quality picks, from choosing the right bike, to the appropriate accessories, and bike rack. I am looking forward to my newest Trek cycling experience.

These guys are great! I live 2 hours away and bought a bike in the morning through the website. Called the store around noon and talked to Nick who got things moving for me and I was able to pick it up at 4:00! The tech got it put together and in perfect riding shape on short notice. They had it ready, went over everything with me and made sure I had everything I needed to start enjoying my new ride! Highly Recommend!

Nick is the best! He was absolutely fantastic with our grandson for whom we were buying a bike for. He was just so wonderful with him and took command in the most gentle way. Love Nick and love that he made our little guy so happy.

Incredible customer service! My daughter had a flat tire will riding with the family on the Michigan Air Line Trail shortly before their closing time. After calling, they stayed open long enough past their normal closing for me to ride to the store, sold me the inner tube then gave me a ride back and fixed the tire for us (it would've been difficult as it was the rear tire). Definetely earned my business going forward. You can't beat that. Bonus - great price for a repair kit in an under the seat pouch which came with a free tube - for just $40. And we didn't even need to use the repair kit this time.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful, they even brewed a coffee for me while I was looking at the bikes.

What great service and friendly people! I went in to look at a trainer for the winter and they have a demo set up. I am not a bike racer, but I wanted something to keep me fit this winter. My bike needed an adapter, and with covid, things are sold out. They showed me what to get on eBay and when it arrived, I took my bike back in and they hooked everything up and downloaded the software and calibrated everything for no additional charge. And the trainer was the same price as online. My winter just got a lot better!!

The store personnel were extremely welcoming, friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Every thing about our visit was outstanding. I am very happy with the TREK product purchased as well.

My bottom bracket on my bike suddenly failed during a ride. I didn't have the bearing press and remover tools at home. I brought the bike in and the shop mechanic fixed it on the spot in like 15 minutes. I was expecting to leave my bike for couple of days. I also tried to buy couple of cable ends, but initially mechanic didn't take any money, but I still left 5 dollars. I have no problem giving them my business for fast quality service for a bike shop to stay in business. Good service keeps customers coming back.

Great experience purchasing a Verve 2. Dave and his manager were great to deal with. They were knowledgeable and helped me decide on what would give me the best fit and ride. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a Trek. We will be loyal customers.

I had bought an E Bike on line and after assembly needed repair and adjusted. I had gone to another bike shop and after telling me to bring it in they just looked at the issue and told me to bring it back May 24th. I contacted Trek Cycle in Walled Lake and they said to bring it in. After dropping the bike off and receiving to replacement parts from the manufacture the bike was repaired and ready to go in a couple days. The store is awesome from the greeting when i arrive to the timely service provided. I want to especially thank Sam in the service area, he was concerned with me leaving the bike not knowing how long I would take to get him the parts needed but he did let me leave the bike and pushed the repair quickly and efficiently.

Amazing customer service! I was trying to purchase a tire online and encountered an issue with shipping. I called the store and the manager (Sam) went out of his way to help me. He offered the tire to me free of charge and sent it to me FedEx also free of charge. Tire arrived at my doorstep a few days later. Wow! That is some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. You can bet that I will be giving this store my future business!
