McDonald's

Only place to eat that's still affordable, for the price you'd pay anywhere else you can get like 10 things for 3-4 things elsewhere. Evej with their slight price adjustments its still 10 times more affordable than every other fast food/casual/ full service places. The past two years I pretty much only eat McDonald's when I eat out. McDonald's for the win!!!!! They know how to keep us coming back. Lifetime customer right here

Well-managed McDonald's. They have worked hard to improve their business since covid. Not sure why all these nitpickers are leaving negative reviews... I've have not ever had a problem there other than things that are understandable like short-staffing. Complaining about what toy your kid gets in the Happy meal. Really?
Way better than the one on Richardson Road. Don't ever go to that one they close early with no notification. With people waiting in the Drive-Thru line for up to 25 minutes, they just turn on a recording and dog everybody that's been waiting. This happens early in the evening not late night. Last time it happened at 8:37pm Ridiculous! What business of any kind closes at 8:37. They wont update their Google listing. I brought this to the attention of the useless manager and instead of owning up to the issue and taking care of it he made excuses and said he couldn't do anything about it. Which is false he could easily fix it himself or if he couldn't he can notify his district manager. To be clear this is the one on Richardson road not the one on Maple I am taking about.

Good prices. Comfort food. Fast and friendly.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Food is always fresh, and inside is always super clean. Staff is super friendly which is a huge plus too :) good job guys!

This Mc Donald's gets it right almost all the time !!! And they are nice 😁 Always !! As far as atmosphere ? It's clean , all the time !! That's good enough for me 😁

Good food never had good McDonald's food before

I stopped here to use the bathroom during a hike along the Air Line Trail. I didn't want to use the restroom without purchasing something, so I purchased a Spicy Chicken. It was good, it came out fast, and it was hot. I like the kiosk ordering system that McDonald's has now.

I visit this location once or twice a week during dinner time - VERY BUSY! My orders are taken and prepared correctly. My food is fresh & made well. The wait is worth it and that is is why I come back. If I am going to get fast food I do not want it thrown together without regard and thrown in a box. Yes, the wait can be lengthy. Yes, they may be short staffed like everywhere else but they do better than everywhere else as far as food quality goes. Bill I think is the name of the gentleman who takes my orders. I highly recommend this location.

It's McDonald's. I have been here a few times and they never messed up my order. The one drive thru person is rather rude tho

Used the mobile app to order. Order brought out to car in under 3 minutes. Have done this multiple times here and no issues. Always great!

My 2year old loved it!!! Play place was great, clean and they even served out food ..Mc D in Milford two thumbs up!! Oh yeah Iced Carmel Mochiato is the Bomb..lol does anyone say that anymore lol.. Anyways great coffee..

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in ages. Fries are always edible (never cold!) and most impressively, THE MILKSHAKES ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!! Every other McDonald’s just gives me runny chocolate milk. Love this place. Hope they update maps soon, because they remodeled and it now looks nothing like the old red roof versions.

Good food ,friendly people , fast service.

The service is terrible. The mangers are rude and the staff is poorly trained. I have been to all the McDonalds in Walled Lake and the resturaunt on Maple Rd. is the only one that cannot seem to prepare the food/beverages in a consistant manner. Last time I was at the resturant (10/10/2012) my order (Hazelnut ice coffee) was not prepared correctly when I went back to point this out the Manager (Who when I asked her name told me it was "Macdonalds") on duty stated "So what you want me to do? If you got a complaint call the 800 number" Another customer that was standing in line next to me summed it up best when he said "This McDonalds sucks".

This Franchise location is one of the coolest McDonald's we've ever been to. Clean, friendly, and excellent food. Did I also mention how clean this Mickey D's is. Also, these folks really did a great job decorating this restaurant in a 1950/1960's style It just screams "welcome" to our place, have fun.

Since their remodel this place has been on point. Used to have all sorts of issues. Remodeling a restaurant doesn't usually correlate with the food improving so I'm guessing we cleaned house or adopted better policy. Regardless, thank you for great service.

The play place is for toddlers only. The remodel is beautiful. Friendly staff. Clean . McDonalds is always welcoming.
