Sometimes in life, we have to make lemonade out lemons. The manager (Thad) took charge of a billing dispute and resolved the problem. I appreciate him and Taylor running the issue to ground and turning a negative experience into a positive. Thanks gents and continue to do right by the great folks in Hartselle!

The guys were personable and knowledgeable and very helpful. I definitely can recommend this location for your TMobile needs based on our experience. Sometimes you do not get courtesy and good service anymore but at this location you get both!

Taylor and Eric were awesome. We are so glad we decided to switch from Verizon to TMobile. They deserve a ton of recognition. I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

I can’t say enough great things about this location. My family & I went in on a Sunday; we got two new phones and passed down two phones to my younger children. The staff took such good care of us. They transferred all 10,000 pictures from my phone to my new phone. They were so patient & made sure we all had our phones set up like we like. They put my screen protector on perfectly as well. They got an unused watch line off my account and made sure to get me hooked up with Netflix & Apple TV on them. This is such a better store than the other ones I have visited in the past. If you need anything, they will take good care of you.

I like the convenience of the store being in Hartselle. The staff has always helpful and friendly. My one disappointment is that the T-10 Hotspot was out of stock at my last visit. Might be a good idea to call in advance to check inventory before stopping by the store.

The Mobile Expert, Kove, was very knowledgeable and helpful and was very clear about billing and cost. Kove helped us accomplish switching networks to T-Mobil. Kove was very clear and helpful and assisted us in with new phones and their set up. We were very pleased with our Mobile Expert, Kove, and will recommend the Hartselle T-Mobil to everyone.
