Ade at the Verizon store in the apple plaza was the most helpful sales rep I've had to date when buying any new phone. I'd suggest anyone to go to him if they're interested in buying a new phone from Verizon.

Chris was helpful, thorough, and cordial throughout. To be candid, my wife had experienced poor service at another Verizon store not too far from this one; went from 0 to 5 stars, just by changing stores!

We were told that Nate was the one to help with our business account. Tonight he spent 2 hours helping myself and my husband.
I no will be recommending Nate and Chris and Victra Verizon in Chester to everyone. Nate is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with regarding our Verizon account. Nate would make an amazing manager.
If he isn’t already I would hope he is soon. He is a great asset to Victra.

Sean was excellent in setting me up with a new phone when my previous phone became inoperable. He applied loyalty discounts & explained everything very clearly. His customer service was excellent.

We have visited the Victra/Verizon store twice and been helped by Chris Greene. Most recently, we visited this morning for help with our latest Verizon statement. Chris is always helpful, smiling and friendly. He is very professional and answered all of our questions in detail. He took time to explain everything to us. Chris is a delight to work with which is very refreshing in today's world! He has a good sense of humor and excellent work ethic! Victra/Verizon is fortunate to have him as an employee!

This is a difficult review. They are not a corporate store so many of the guarantees offered by Verizon are limited. Rob is very patient. Beyond the norm. I had a rather large issue which could have been taken care of faster and easier at a corporate store, but Rob finally was able to make it right. Without his diligence this review might have been much angrier.

Krista did a great job resolving an issue with an online order. We were unable to process a payment so she came up with a solution so we didn’t have to wait any longer.
It’s always a process to get s new phone bot this experience was pleasant.

Riley thank you so much I stopped at the other store down the road and he was rude and wouldn’t help. I was in and out in 5 minutes with my phone working. You were professional and knowledgeable and they should give you a raise. I can’t thank you enough! Great employee!

Deniah provided amazingly knowledgeable and efficient service as we bought our new iPhone and accessories. She cheerfully helped six customers and did not keep anyone waiting long. Make her a manager!

Krista Murray was quick to assist and resolve issues with our new phones. She is friendly, courteous and eager to help. She provided advice on protecting our phones. And offered future assistance should our need arise. Kudos to Krista for a great job.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Nate.
He was very polite, informative, professional, and most of all patient.

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Helen was courteous and professional. She had handled several transactions for us in the past several years, and has always resolved our issues, completed any new service or hardware requests, and even offered some discounts along the way for being a long time withstanding customer with Verizon. We're fortunate to have a great store in our community.

I have a phone on order thru Vz Live Chat and they said I may be able to call and pick it up to eliminate waiting two days for the free shipping. Chris spoke with me and very patiently, clearly, and nicely that is not possible, and my phone won't be shipped out of this shop. He also explained reasons to get another brand, which I have not seen online and Live Chat never mentioned. He's an awesome sales person and technical guy to deal with. Stop in and ask for him or call. Verizon is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful!! I wish he worked on the western side of the bridge, closer to Arnold!! Chris! Thank you for renewing my faith in customer service 😀. I arrived at the store with my old iPhone 8 Plus, and walked out with a new, beautiful iPhone 12 Pro Max - and thanks to Chris, I got it for $700 less! He not only informed me of the trade-in offer, he walked me through the process, mailed my old phone back, and even gave me a follow up call to confirm my offer’s submission ID. Oh, and I purchased several accessories (@ Chris’ recommendation), and he reminded me to register the case for the impressive warranty that was offered. I HIGHLY recommend getting your new phone (and accessories) from this GoWireless/Verizon location … but be sure to ask for Chris!📱

Christopher was super helpful and informative and did not try to upsell us. He also was quick at transferring all our information so we were in and out more quickly than expected. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to upgrade my cell because the last time I did years ago it took hours and was a tad stressful. This experience was so different. Christopher was super knowlegable, patient and FAST! When I mean fast, I walked in and within 20 minutes had a whole new phone, my data transferred, and out the door. This process was such a better experience than past ones. Highly recommend this location. Other locations I have had nothing but a bad experience and this was refreshing to have a fast and professional experience~

Got my phone wet while teaching an environmental class to 3rd graders. Went to this Verizon store and got great technical advice and personal service from Mike and Reno. They offered alternatives for a new phone, giving me the pros and cons of each. I appreciated that they never tried to steer me to the more expensive models. They were able to recover most of my data. They helped make this a good experience.
Make sure you go to the store on Abruzzi Drive.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted immediately, which I find to be great customer service. Lauren the assistant manager explained in depth so there were no surprise since I was upgrading and purchasing a new phone. I give this store 5 stars and will definitely use again.
