Last night after work I needed to replace my phone on short notice and had excellent service from Sam! She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and was very knowledgeable about which phone would work best for me. She saved me money as well as taking the time to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns. Sam even stayed late after her shift to make sure we had everything completed and that I was happy with my purchase. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, I felt that she went above and beyond! Thank you Sam! 🙂

We were helped by Patrick and Mark. Great guys. Patrick was great in answering our questions and being patient while I was on the phone with my old company. We felt so welcomed and we appreciated the ease of getting 2 new lines and our devices! Fantastic deals going on and we walked out with more than we needed and we are stoked about our new stuff!
