Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I work nearby and the pleasure of meeting Carl today, he was wonderful! He was very friendly and made me feel like I was a priority. I really enjoyed the food and I’ll definitely be returning! Thank You Carl for your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills! Ten out of ten!!

We tried the new flatbread. We had the Chicken Pesto Flatbread and the Mango Bacon Brie Flatbread.  Both were tasty, but i definitely preferred the Mango Bacon Brie Flatbread.  Nice light snack that would go well with a smoothie! You also get a small side included, so I got a bag of Sun Chips.

This place is getting ALL 5 stars I want to shout out the worker Carl he does a phenomenal job at the welcoming everyone and bringing in such a wondering vibe. I had a bad day at the doctor and knew Carl would be in that day and went in strictly because I knew his positive energy would brighten my day! He is the best worker i have ever ever met within a work place and deserves everything positive coming his way, I hope he gets a wonderful raise one day as he deserves it!

The Fitchburg location is so on top of everything! Customer service is always welcoming and orders come out really fast! They make me want to come here every morning haha!

Carl is the absolute best, he is incredibly kind , his establishment is remarkably clean, and he is overall just such a nice guy, he welcomed everyone who walked in that door with a smile and a great attitude. My team loved all of their smoothies and loved the atmosphere even more. Thank you Carl and his team!!

Stopped in for the first time this morning. The blueberry bliss smoothie & cali breakfast flatbread were sooo good. Great service as well!

I normally don't leave reviews for restaurants, but this place earned one. The manager Carl is a class act. My spouse got an injury at home the night before, and I was venting about it when I was placing my food/drink order. When I went to pay, Carl looked at the cashier and said "It's on the house, don't charge him." A week later, I come back in for a new order. Carl walked up to me, shook my hand, and asked how my spouse was doing. That's some class right there. Smoothies and food are always great of course, but this kind of class-act service doesn't happen much anymore. Very appreciative.

Healthier food options and the team is ALWAYS helpful and polite. Dylan S. helped me today and was EXTREMELY polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fast.

Food: Flatbreads, wraps and smoothies are good as usual. Can't wait until they open an East side location.

Food and smoothies were prepared quickly and were very tasty. Also Carl provides excellent customer service. We will definitely be back again.

I originally gave a 1 star because of an issue I had with service... I spoke with the manager this evening and he was absolutely AMAZING! We are not from the area, but will be in the area in a month or so and definitely will be stopping by! Never got to try the food, but we can't wait!!!

Wow what a fun place...right when I walked in Sawyer greater me and seconds later Rebecca and Alize greeting me as well. Such a good vibe. Sawyer and Alize helped me navigate the menu and made some awesome recommendations. The Thai Chicken wrap was out of this world. Plus the Bahama Mama smooth with Peanut Butter and Pea Protein rocked. Definitely a new favorite spot after working out. 💪 🤨👍

Had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca tonight as she made like 3 southwest wraps for me because as I couldn't get enough. (Obviously no self control) Excellent customer service and the kind of manager that will make this store unstoppable. Dominik is awesome as well! He took the order and greeted us upon arrival. All in all, great experience at this location!

This is a great spot! All of the staffed was very kind. I specifically worked with Sawyer at the register. They were up beat and wonderful to work with. The food was done very well. The only critique I have is that the smoothie seemed a tad bit watery. Not enough to knock a star off, but something to think of. All in all, would recommend.

Since high school, Tropical Smoothie has been one of my absolute favorite places to grab a bite to eat. When I moved to the Madison area in 2020, I was SO upset to find that there were none in the area. In the last year or so, a few have popped up, and I'm thrilled about it! This is the location that I typically go to in the area simply because it's the most convenient for me, and it definitely ranks as one of my favorite Tropical Smoothies that I've been to! I typically order ahead, and they always have my order ready well before I get there. They always get their ratios right in their smoothies (which I can't say has always been my experience with other locations!) and they distribute ingredients inside of their flatbreads so that you get all of the flavors in every bite (again, not something I always get!). The staff is very friendly; a friend of mine stopped in to pick up some smoothies, tripped, and spilled the smoothies all over the floor. The staff was so understanding and comforted her so much, assuring her that it wasn't a big deal and that it happens all the time, and then proceeded to remake the smoothies! So glad that one of my favorite restaurants has come to town, but even more glad that the staff does the restaurant justice.

I unfortunately have a few serious health conditions that make it difficult to find easy, accessible meals in chain suppliers. Not only does Tropical Smoothie Cafe have a multitude of options that are safe (and delicious!?) for me, within my restrictions, but the staff are always SO KIND and helpful. These people are so hardworking and kind despite the challenges they are made to face in the food service industry.

I have felt appreciated and seen every single time I’ve gone in (which is almost daily at this point hahaha) and each and every time I felt safe and comfortable enough to ask questions!

These guys are AMAZING!

Love the smoothies here. I usually put energizer in mine, helps if at a slow place for work for the day.
