AT&T Store

Exemplary service! I have never felt so welcome and taken care of at any other at&t store. I had multiple questions and issues pertaining to my mobile device. Nick, the store associate assisting me, was amazingly patient and knowledgeable. Nick went above and beyond in his endeavor to resolve my issues while simultaneously tending to the influx of additional customers. Which at a time exceeded 6 persons other than myself. He remained composed, respectful, and efficiently took care of every last customer in an orderly fashion. Thank you for your awesome help, Nick! You're a great employee and more folks could stand to learn a lesson from your work ethic. If I was able to give ten stars, I'd give an 11. I will absolutely be returning here for business and sending all of my friends and co-workers here as well.

I can’t remember the last time I received service that was as outstanding! I had to write this review to thank Jeff Green for his warmth, patience and in-depth knowledge of all the products and how they work. He was extremely kind and helped us for what seemed like over an hour or maybe even longer. He never pushed or rushed us. We ended up buying an iPad and Jeff even gave up his lunch and stayed with us while the info was transferred to the new iPad. The guy gave up his lunch! That is old fashioned service that is almost non-existent in today’s world.

Visited our local AT&T here in Brookings Harbor and ordered a new phone. The wait was so minimal, and the young man waiting on me was very knowledgeable of all the phones. I can’t wait for it to arrive and he’ll help me set it up.

Our person handled a full room with speed and care. Service was up instantly with no issues. Everything I wanted was in stock. It was a great visit. Jeff was awesome!

The people at this genuinely care about their customers I’ve been coming here for a long time, and every time I come in Nick always greets me at the door by name everytime he even opens the door for me as I leave Jeff is also a really great guy. I could see him being with the company for a very long time. I love coming to the store and only store that I will deal with Nick don’t go nowhere cause there’s many of us that rely on you thank you for all your hard work and what you do for your customers and the company.

Nick & Jeff are awesome! I broke my phone late Saturday evening and needed a new one asap. Him & Jeff got me in & out and had great customer service while doing so. Zero complaints!!!

Nick was very punctual in assisting with my needs. Was knowledgeable of who I was as a customer and greeted me professionally. He was knowledgeable of the products and services that AT&T provides and was able to provide me with assistance in transferring all of my information to my new phone adequately and promptly. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism that I was able to observe while at this location. Thanks Nick! I will be back for all of my AT&T needs!

Kylie has AMAZING customer service. She went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly and very kind. She had only been working there about a month. I couldn’t believe it. She answered all my questions and I had a lot! I left there very happy and knew exactly what was going on with my new phone I purchased . How to use it , what it would cost etc. She even updated my watch and cleaned the band and it looked brand new! Even though it took a long time she made sure she acknowledged the other customers too. If you want to leave there assured you made the right choice and very clear terms . Ask for her you won’t be disappointed! :) Thanks Kylie ! 😁🙌

The representative was so helpful in explaining to me what I was doing incorrectly with my phone.

Marty gave me great service as he helped me select my new phone. He made sure it had all the latest updates. He helped a few other customers as the updates were downloading and I noticed that he knew several customers by name. He was very kind with an elderly woman who was having trouble understanding why her payment wasn't showing up yet when she'd mailed it in.

Your associate was awesome, fully engaged with us and knowledgeable about all things ATT he was running the store by himself doing his best and he rocked! Fixed our hotspot problem and dang give him a raise! Very impressed you guys are lucky to have him 🙌🏻

Broke my phone in a freak accident and within one hour I had a new replacement upgrade thanks to all of Kylie's amazing quick friendly help! She helped me switch over all of my data and apps and I was up and running in no time. She was attentive and caring to my issue. The staff that was on shift was all friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to get my insurance claim on my broken phone. Thankful for my Brookings ATT!

This store is great! Nick helped us out today, gracefully multitasking a number of customer needs all by himself. The atmosphere is positive, cheerful, and family friendly. No bad language or obscene music. He got my phone switched from Verizon to AT&T. Totally had a 100% satisfied experience with Nick at the Brookings AT&T! Thanks!

Chris has just bent over backwards to be of great help in working with me to understand and use my phone to the best use for me. He is always so polite and well spoken is easy to understand him. I'd consider him a huge asset to any employers. He's just great

Had a great experience with this AT&T store! Margaret and her coworker were so helpful! I was having difficulties transferring my services to a new provider, and had been sent on a wild goose chase by my new provider trying to troubleshoot the issue. They took the time to work with me and get things all straightened out before I left the store.

Marty made our experience the best to date. He knew my dad and I weren't exactly sure what we wanted in a new phone, plan, etc. when we came in. He took the little information we gave him and he made a quick and decisive recommendation. It made the most sense to us, so we agreed. We walked out still talking about how great the deal and service was. My dad and I appreciated Marty's AT&T shirt displaying the word "equality." We were glad to see that promotion and AT&T's effort to being on the right side of history.

Just went in to get an IPhone 11 upgrade (I didn’t want to, but I had to as my old 6 was overloaded). I was expecting to be there forever as it was a nightmare when I had purchased my IPhone 6 many years ago....however, I was pleasantly surprised when the entire transaction was swift, quick and painless.
Thank you to Nick who was very helpful, courteous and a hoot!

I had a great visit today. I had many questions and Jake was eager to help me. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to ask for Jake the next time you visit!

Marty, the Manager ~lol!!~not me, just a Fun coincidence!!...OMG!!!~Can't Say ENOUGH!! I came in for what should have been a Simple, 30min+/-, process!! Because of 'billing' screwups I've been TRYING to get fixed (EXTENSIVE HOURS on the phone & online ~& each time Thinking it was Fixed ~to have it rear Again!!!!)
~Marty,with Patience, Listening, Caring, ETC, used his Experience, Logic, Problem-Solving, & wow!Wow!! when he hit a block, he came up with another avenue!!! Took him 2 days of visit & many hours each day!!! Can't Thank You Enough, Marty!!!! ~Marty Got It Done!!!
