Valentina is an excellent Sales Associate. She was professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. The other Associates were so helpful also. Our experience was a 10, we'd recommend this Verizon location to everyone.

Alex is kind, thorough and a very knowledgeable salesman.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Steven in the PALMETTO office. Very friendly....extremely helpful...very patient! Steven was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as I am not very tech savvy! So kind!

I spent the entire afternoon with Drake as I started out needing a phone for just myself but because of Drake’s knowledge and helpfulness I ended up getting 3 phones for family, a tablet & watch. We love this location. We first started coming here about 3 years ago. We met an amazing person there, Jesse. He took care of us, so sweet, friendly, professional, and helpful! So good at what he does. We recommend our parents to him for their upgrades. Now we went back for our family's upgrade. I'm not for sure the lady's name that took care of our middle son, but when we went back, Alex took care of the rest of my family and I. So helpful, polite, patient, and professional! We definitely recommend Alex and the team to help you out at this location! Thank you so much ❣

He is knowledgeable, patient, hard wording and goes 5 extra miles! He would receive summa cum laude at a customer service school. Good Verizon store.

I was greeted when I walked in and a representative helped me right away. My visit was for a watch to phone connection issue, so I wasn't buying anything.

The representative helped me right away and my problem was resolved. I expected that level of service from them and that's why I use Verizon.

The store was clean and adequately staffed.

If you want the level of products and services, you have to use Verizon. They have got it figured out. I've never been without a phone or had a problem that wasn't resolved right in the store.

Good people make for a good company.
