I reside in Maine and I needed to purchase a new range for my very elderly parents who live in Palmetto, FL. By sheer luck, Mr. Willie Barton answered the phone the day I called. Willie was the most understanding, patient and helpful salesman I could have hoped to speak with. He took the time to explain makes/models available. While this was a fairly challenging sale, he made sure all of the requirements were addressed and all of the boxes were checked. Willie is a true gentleman and kind soul. He is an asset to the Palmetto, FL store. My mother, especially, is delighted with her new GE Range! I would highly recommend Badcock's to others. Willie Barton, thank you so very much! Awesome store! Tony and Valerie are so helpful and fun. Best experience.in a store I’ve ever had. Their delivery guys are great too! My 4 unruly dogs escaped and they both helped me get them in. Gator even went above and beyond by carrying one of them to the house! This was the second time Gator delivered to us which makes me think it must be a pretty good place to work. Tiny and Valerie have been there a long time too!

Had a great experience here today. Our salesman was awesome but I forgot his name. But great guy! Got our purchases ordered in record time. No hard sell. Nice store, beautiful furniture. I’ll go back next time we need furniture!

My visit today was nice. The associate Val was very helpful. I have not been in your in Palmetto for at least 3years. The store was clean and nice.

Went in not expecting much. This was the third place we looked and the other two we had to ask someone for help. Immediately greeted by staff who asked us what we were looking for and respected us when we asked to look. They were willing to check stock and inventory when asked and were attentive without being pushy. We ended up finding a couch that worked and were in and out in an hour. It's worth noting they also had it in stock when the other places we looked in had 10-14 week backorders. We will be back when we need something else.

Val was great to work with! She’s very experienced and knew her inventory well! Great experience! Good quality furniture. We like shopping in the smaller, family owned stores. Highly recommend.

Badcock is the best. Their personnel are extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Great products from recliners to major appliances and great financing too.

Went here needing a bed, came out a happy customer. The APR is a bit high but all in all the quality of their items are great. Staff at this location was fantastic! I tried to make a payment in advance, unless you pay after the 12th of the month it only goes towards the principal which the staff advised me of. Great team👍🏼

Exceptional customer service and very personable like a family. Have referred three other people who have ended up buying their furniture and remodeling their home! Mine was a simple small purchase but regardless of how much you spend you are treated the same. Excellent people to deal with!

Items came in when expected. I was called when told I would be called. No surprises, no bumps. Everything went smooth with no issues. My favorite type of purchasing experience!!

Extremely happy!!! Daisy was by far the best experience of this whole moment. I called ahead of time with some questions, she was very polite and informative. When I arrived she greeted me very professionally and warming. She was very understanding and helpful the entire time. We did have a lil hiccup but Daisy saved the day! The delivery guys were phenomenal! Also extremely polite, unfortunately I didn't get their names but huge kudos all around to everyone!!! They all deserve raises or bonuses. I applaud these 3 individuals, their professionalism, kindness and customer service were out of this world. You guys made this transition easy, now we can call our place home.....thank you so much again!!! You guys were the best!!!!

I love it here! Mariana helped us get all the furniture we needed for our home. I recommend to ask for Mariana she is such a great person to help you choose what you need and explains everything so professional. I felt so comfortable with her she is the best!

The staff here were AWESOME!! Valerie & Chris were friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They made my experience easy and quick.

Very pleased with customer service! We were shopping for an entertainment center for our 50" TV ~ several to choose from! It's being delivered in a week, unlike other stores waiting 2 or more weeks! They gave us a 2018 Christmas ornament!! We will return to Badcock for our next furniture purchase!!
