Switched my service to cricket and Natalie the employee there was so nice and very helpful. She set my phone up with everything I needed and transferred everything from one phone to the other for me.she spent over an hour assisting me and was pleasant the whole time. Thank You!

After taking my husbands phone to a local Cricket store and rhey were unable to fix the issue with the google assistant stuck on we drove the the Palmetto store where the Employees were very friendly and were able to fix. Thanks so much! The two ladies and one gentleman that worked in thar store were top notch!

I went up there to start a new plan at 730 amd kim went over multiple phones and plans with us. She staywd with is the whole time and made sure we were knowledgeable on each product befoee we decided on the LG harmony. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to get a new phone.
