Fishing went well and bait was purchased without any pronlems. Bathrooms on the pier however need cleaning and to be updated. One stool in the men's room and no urinals caused a big backup today.

Great shop on the pier for supplies that ya might have forgot - has other stuff you can get as well - this spot is not covered on the State Parks pass but it is fairly cheap anyways!

It can get a bit over crowded but I love it there. I got to see a huge sea turtle here today.

Small but perfect bait shop. Has both frozen and fresh bait. Small snacks if needed. The gentleman there was super nice as well!!! Bait is reasonably priced

Staff very nice and friendly ...prices are good and bathrooms are CLEAN!!! ...I caught 1 but was too little so l had to throw it back ...does'nt matter l still had great day fishing

The Skyway Pier is a unique fishing experience impossible to find anywhere else. That doesn't mean it's easy or guaranteed to catch fish, but with some trial and error there's something for everyone if they try. You won't always catch monsters, but I've never caught nothing. I've been going since I was a child, and I've caught and tried just about everything here. Not to mention I catch most any live bait for offshore big game fishing here as well, so the Skyway even had a hand in pretty much any fish that I have caught with live baits. Just remember whether you're from Florida and it's your first time, or you're visiting from another state that us Florida regulars care about this place and keeping it around. Ask questions, follow rules, be respectful, be mindful, and most of all leave it better than you found it like you should anywhere anyways. The bait shops have what you need for beginners including regulations, but if you are an angler you know them already and you have better tackle. I don't go enough anymore for the year pass but when I did it was worth it. It's been years of fun for me and now my children, so if you've never been you're missing out. I also have to mention that I understand it's hard not to speed and I can lose track not paying attention myself so I am not perfect. However I never catch myself more than 5 or 10mph over the 5mph limit, and I slow down picturing all the children and hook setters that have run in front of me over the years. Think of other people and how you'd feel if you hit someone. I know it would not be easy to tell me you hit my child. Plus it is Florida and they don't call it the Gunshine State for nothing. And please don't feed the birds!

1st time fishing off the bridge and loved it will definitely be doing it again soon

Purchase some bait from the bait shop pretty reasonable prices even though all I was catching out there was pinfish and nothing else

The old lady with long hair is not really welcome customers at all bad luck withher all thetime, but a least other coworker is helping customers for what they need thank.

Awesome spot...lots of bait fish...great for beginners...caught 5 fish...all small bust the kids had fun

The person who was in the bait shop was an excellent man. He was new but still was able to help us with full knowledge of he was able to find out for us. I'll definitely be back caught around 8 fish -14 fish between my friends and I in a small little 3 hrs here. Amazing time.

Great place to go get bait for when you're fishing on the skyway south Pier. Always has extra food and other supplies that you need. Great customer service. I love coming here for all my bait needs to go fishing at Skyway.

Beautiful place to see the sunset.

The bathrooms need more maintenance, so if you could use the bathroom before going, I definitely recommend that.

Best staff EVER, Super nice and helpful! Almost always have what you need and open 24/7 so you can't go wrong!
