Purchased paint by ordering online using the color swatches available. Called the store directly with the color code and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. My order was ready for curbside pick up within 20 minutes. The staff who brought it out was helpful and insured that what I had received was exactly the color that I ordered. I"m very happy with the service. The paint worked out great. Very easy to use and good coverage.

The Ridge Rd Sherwin Williams is the best store for paint and supplies. They not only have the best paint, colors and supplies, they have the most knowledgeable, creative, helpful and friendliest sales associates. And every time we go back we get the same service from any one of them.

Was in and out very quickly. I did not wait long to be greeted and helped. The associate that helped me was very helpful and even gave suggestions for my paint selection and even suggested the best brush for my project. I will be visiting again. I waited for a sale which worked very well with my project. I was met with help right away. The employee asked if I needed help carrying my purchase to my car. I was unsure of an exact shade and they were very helpful explaining hues. Clean store. Excellent service.

Great store. Staff was very knowledgeable. Wide variety of price points for the product and I was told the advantages of each. I went in with colors from another brand and I was able to get those exact colors with Sherwin Williams paint.

So much better than big box store paint. I will only use Sherwin-Williams paint for my projects as it absolutely paints and cleans up better that big box paint. Shewin-Williams is the choice of paint professionals.

Their colors perfectly match their color swatches. They offer low priced sample quarts to test out colors instead of the tiny samples from big box stores. The sample paint is not meant to use as a full coat paint as it is a thinner consistency, but it works perfectly for judging color selection.

The staff is very knowledgable and helpful.

That I've been using SW paint for 40+ years, have had superb results with both interior and exterior products, and IF you get the right person behind the counter, you will find a wealth of technical expertise.

The assistant manager went out his way to call the manufacturer of the deck boards I wanted to finish with a clear coat to insure it would work. I appreciate the extra effort he put forth.

Curbside delivery went perfectly. They honored the online coupon, mixed the paint, gathered all of our supplies, and the project came out great!

We used Duration acrylic latex in cream to cover a salmon color oil base. It was fantastic! Painted easily and cov ered in one coat.

The staff at the greece ridge store is always helpful and super nice! My husband and I drive out of our way to go to the greece location because of their customer service.
