I loved my specialty drink the staff helped make today!! Tasted exactly how I had hoped and despite the irritable manager(?), the staff was so friendly and happily made this drink! That manager(?) should be THANKING his morning staff for putting up with his grumpiness so well! And I hope whatever was/is bothering him gets better, because I’ve seen him before being MUCH friendlier. Thanks again you guys!

I went there today, and a pulled up nearly in tears- I was dumped. I told him “I’ve just been dumped do you have a drink you like that can make me feel better.” He said sure thing. I got up to the window and a sweet woman said “it on us today” I almost started crying, again! They ended up saying the first drink was messed up, and they gave me a second free drink! These people care. You guys are the best! Thank you so much for the wonderful message too. You guys ROCK!

Hey and I just want to pass on what a great experience Vladimir (store manager ) and his teams provide to his customers. Going there every day u get to see a good view of experiences, and every day is a great experience!!!

Great job of hiring by Vladimir as well; they seem well trained and they always take a moment to day hello and drinks are always consistently good.

Their commitment to excellence on a daily basis is hard and they are doing a great job in achieving that.

I was overwhelmed by the cheerful, positive, energetic, and helpful attitude of Angela at the front counter. All the employees that I observed were active and friendly. Customer service makes all the difference!

I had ordered through Uber eats to get some drinks, and there wasn’t an option for light ice so I clicked no ice. I called up to the store to ask for a small cup and Helena was such a doll! She was so sweet and even left a kind message within my order! This worker deserved a raise because her customer service skills are amazing and I will definitely be coming back because of her!

Every time I come here my drink is delicious, whether that be a coffee or a refresher, and the staff is so nice. Good job y’all!!!! :)

I used the drive thru,but had no complaints. My beverage was Perfect! The cashier was very pleasant as well. But KUDOS on my Frappe!

Dear god I love this location of Starbucks. I want my son to have his wedding in the parking lot adjacent to the drive through so papa can drink lots of medicine balls. This place is so so clean and I have never once walked in on a business man sleeping in their bathroom! All staff members are super nice and respectful of my chosen pronouns. The girl with the green hair always is super personable and helped me figure out which drink would match my sensitive digestive system!!!!! Thanks always, pat

I usually order with the app on my way to work and it’s always ready by the time I arrive. This location also has some of the nicest employees ever. I stupidly locked my keys in my car nearby in the middle of January. They invited me to wait inside so I didn’t freeze to death and even offered me a refill on my coffee that I ordered while I waited an hour for AAA to arrive. Their indoor dining was technically closed due to COVID restrictions, but they still let me sit and wait so I didn’t have to stand in the cold. Thanks, Starbucks!

Working for Starbucks, my husband and I both, we go into different stores during our travels. Today was one of our best experiences at many of the Starbucks we have been to. Fabulous, fast and most definitely friendly. Thank you for showing what the Starbucks friendliness is about. Proud to be a part of this awesome company 👍

It's Starbucks, who doesn't love Starbucks? I generally receive my drink in a reasonable amount of time. This location can get pretty busy. I know I once waited around 7-8 minutes for my drink, and they gave it to me for free, which I was not expecting. Which makes me rate them 100% on customer service. The staff is always friendly and smiling.

people who can't be patient during the pandemic are simply hateful creatures who don't have a concept of empathy or kindness 😇 all the baristas at this location are hardworking and doing their best given understaffing, underpaying, and general unease in the world and workplace as a whole right now. i'm thankful for their good attitudes and well made coffee!

This Starbucks is so friendly. They ran out of peppermint and the employee said the drink is on me and made me one for free! And another time they forgot to add my sons sqeeze apple sauce and said it’s on us! Most Starbucks employees I feel like are kinda rude. This place has such kind people working for them. Thank you for that, it goes noticeable. I hope they keep it up!!!!

Came in today to office closer to get some work in on my 'snow day.' The shop was slow due to the harsh weather but I was SO impressed by the care and compassion shown by every member of the team for the customers (of course) and EACHOTHER. Hope I was able to tip enough to make up for some of the missed traffic!

Great customer service! The staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious! I had an order with 7 drinks and i was in and out of the store within less than 10 minutes. Overall a wonderful experience.

I love Starbucks. The best coffee I have ever had. I get the white chocolate mocha over ice. I also like that you can do customized orders.
