Excellent service at this location! We've always had great service from T Mobile as a whole. Darnell was so helpful and made replacing a broken phone 100% painless. So easy and he had us in and out with the new phone fully loaded in a very short time. Thank you, Darnell!

Got internet and like it. It did not come with connective cable and did not sell it there. Had to go to Walmart for that. Just an fyi

I love this location! All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about good deals, plans, and other tech issues I run into. I just signed up for the Tmobile home internet and am saving over $100 a month. The staff helped me set it up in store and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and Tmobile.

I came to T mobile store for my phone.Lesa , is the T-Mobile employee. She helped me get my screen protector on my phone replaced. Then, she helped me pay off my phone case. She, also gave me an explanation of my bill. I was so pleased at the service I received. She also explained the new T Mobile now has has T.V. Service. Thank you for such good service T-Mobile. I am going to stay ,with you guys due to Lesa.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got a brand new iPhone 11 and an Apple Watch, and was out the door in no time! Store also has a great location. I’m very happy with my switch from AT&T!!

Saw the new store and decided to stop in and look around. After talking with Del and the rest of the team it was a no brainer to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. My Verizon bill constantly went up every month. They were able to help buy out what was remaining for my device payment and got me set up with 2 new iPhone 11s for my fiancé and I. Great team and amazing customer service!

Had issues with my Active 2 wrist phone. Bryan made several attempts to fix the problem. My choice to upgrade to the Galaxy watch 4. Same monthly payments.
Had a Sims card applied to my tablet and also changed my voice mail greeting on my cell phone.

Del has been an amazing help with an upgrade of my new phone. Del answered every question and concern I had before/after purchasing the LG V60 Dual Screen. He sat down with me and walked me through all the options, bells and whistles, etc. Allie with the assist!

I thought I had lost my phone and didn't know I had left my phone at a store in Lincoln until JJ was kind enough to look up the phone number to the store and allowed me to use his phone to call the store.

Fast and got exactly what I needed. You have to wait more then an hour at Comcast but here it was in and out in 20 minutes
