Wanted to thank Henry for great customer service, he went out of his way to explain my options to replace my phone , took the intimidation out of the process, I have been a sprint and now T-Mobile customer for over twenty five years, my next upgrade will be here! Great job Sir! Helped me out

I recently switched carriers and upgraded two phones. Worked with Tree and Preston during this process and was very pleased with their help. Tree very patiently explained the process of switching carriers as well as helped me set up my new phone. Preston was great explaining all the features and options available on the new iPhone. My experience with these two was much better than I previously had with over 20 years of being a Verizon customer.

Preston was very professional and very kind . He was very patient and helped us buy two 13 max iPhone !

Came in for network issues. Called customer support multiple times with no resolution. Finally went in to this TMobile store and within 2 minutes Preston resolved the issue and was amazingly helpful. Give him a raise immediately. Thanks to Preston for getting my phone back on the network and back into the 21st century. I highly recommend going in to this store and make sure you ask for Preston, he was awesome.

I would recommend coming this location every if you had a tmobile closer to you. Our mobile expert Trevor that we had was amazing. Not only did he help us with all the information that he had on deciding what phone would be best, while we were waiting to transfer our number and activate the phone he provided us with great conversation with his upbeat character. Loved the experience for the first time in a phone store.

Great Tmobile to go to. Mike and his staff are very professional and easy going. I have had bad experiences in other stores with clueless staff. Mikes team not only got me the S20 Ultra but I got a very nice rebate deal making a 1400 phone cost 600 (trade in included). I had a great experience.

Hands down the best store I will ever shop anything from TMobile. They know what customer service is.

Mike and Preston are awesome. This is the second time Preston specifically has helped me out with a complex problem. He was quick to understand the situation and what I was trying to do. Porting a landline to a mobile, he not only added a line $10 to my account quickly, but helped and guided me thru porting it out of Spectrum. Mike and Preston keep up the super solid work and top notch customer service you provide.

I was disgusted with the Novi Stores and I will drive 5 miles away to Mike-Preston with any problems to solve. My phones and anything else I will only shop here.

Folks I am amazed at how quickly they understand the ask and not divert us to other options or oversell. We feel motivated to drive the extra 5 miles.

TMobile Corporate if you ever want to standardize on customer service at its best and provide a best practice benchmark please use this store and recognize them.

The rude Novi Stores need plenty training or better TMobile shut them down and let this store provide top service and top client satisfaction

Trevor helped us as my family and I were switching over to T-Mobile from a different carrier, and he did a great job! The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful :) The store also took good precautions for COVID.

I’ve been a customer at this location for over 3 years. Mike and his staff have gladly assisted me on numerous occasions in resolving issues. There are T-Mobile locations closer to my residence but I continue to seek the advice of Mike.
