My Mom and special needs brother went to the Verizon on Maple Avenue in Commerce. The staff and manager there were amazing, so patient, helpful, and kind. They helped my Mom set up her phone and could not be any nicer. They were also extremely patient to my special needs brother. I highly recommend this Verizon store. We have been to many Verizon stores throughout Michigan and we have never received customer service like today! They're the best! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at Verizon with Joe. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all my options and answer all my questions. Joe's friendly and professional attitude made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend him for anyone visiting the Verizon store.

I couldn't be more impressed. I've dealt with three employees, Zeke, Joe, and Will. I only spoke to Zeke for a few minutes but both Joe and Will were absolutely dedicated in making sure that I was completely satisfied with my experiencing in purchasing a new phone at this store. I highly recommend this location.

Zeke and Nicole are outstanding Verizon employees. They welcomed us immediately, listened intently to our problem and solved it. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased two I-phones and additional accessories they recommended. THIS will be the ONLY Verizon store we will visit in the future because of these two employees and their excellent service.

The customer service at this location is top tier. Zeke was helpful, polite, and clearly communicated every step of my phone buying experience. I watched him interact with customers young and old and even difficult while I was there, and he managed each interaction positively and appropriately. I'd feel confident recommending this Verizon location and Zeke to anyone.

Joe was referred to us by a family friend. The initial delivery of one of our phones ran into some trouble during shipping, and was delayed. It came in about a week and a half later than what was expected, and Joe went absolutely above and beyond to make things right for us. He had both of my daughters outfitted with new iPhones, all the accessories, everything downloaded onto the new phones, a great discount, and out of the door in less than one hour.

This organization took a situation that was a bit negative, and turned it into a super positive. Very good people here, I will refer them, and will honestly never go anywhere else for anything phone related.

I came in thinking I would only need a new SIM card or something simple, but I actually needed a new phone. Mine was kind of old. Anyway, Joe got me a new phone and didn’t try up upsell me a more expensive one. He was excellent at his job and VERY personable. It was a good experience all around.

Zeke and Joe are FABULOUS. I came here to upgrade my phone and Joe was amazing! He was very polite and patient with all the questions I had. My case was a little different, seeing as I was upgrading from apple to android, but he handled everything perfectly 😊. He listened to everything I said, not once tried to get more money out of me, he was actually trying to get me the best deals! Zeke is also really sweet and polite. He always asks and doubles checks if him doing something is okay, which shows he really cares about making the customers comfortable! He helped me transfer back from android to apple (nothing was wrong I just realized I preferred apple lol) and was so nice about the fact that I switched back. He reassured me it’s okay, and at the end of the day it’s my phone and it’s okay to try things out. If I could give both of them 10 stars, I would :)

Just switched to Verizon today! Joe assisted me. He is extremely professional, personable and has a positive attitude. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, as well. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time! Thank you, Joe, for making this transition pleasant and seamless. (And yes, not nearly as painful as a root canal - which I had compared it to! Haha) I'm so glad I've made the switch to Verizon.

They are the best!!! Joe goes above and beyond for his customers. He will stay and take care of you until everything you need is handled. Everything is done to please and help the customer with the best, fastest, and most efficient service possible. I have 5 phones through his location and he takes care of each person in my family the same.. THE BEST!!

I came in with a couple questions and Zeke was amazing and answered all my questions. I ended up leaving with a new phone and confidence in it due to how well Zeke explained everything. He asked for permission before he did anything and was super welcoming. Thank you for making the transition as painless as possible!

"Zeke" was amazing. Not only was he extremely knowledgable, but he treated me with respect and concern and acted liked he really cared and was actually listening to me. Zeke should should teach other new Verizon employees customer service. All new employees should "shadow" Zeke for several days to learn how to treat a customer!!!

These guys are great! Best service I have in years. Very congenial, extremely knowledgeable and give their 150%. I dealt with Joe mostly and he found customer credit deals on my account that I never would have seen and instead of walking out with service to my cellphone, I walked out with a new phone (almost free), a watch, and a verizon cube, which also enabled me to drop the money hog, Xfinity internet. And for way less. I went back a total of 3 times for help and they were just as pleasant each time. Joe, William, and Zeke; you cant go wrong with any of them.

If you want to get the job done right, if you want your issue solved or are just looking for a new device, go see Zeke and William at the W. Maple Haggerty Road Verizon store. They are professional, in every way yet they are down to earth individuals who will help you however they can. They were very friendly and attentive to my needs and even talked with my children at their level. Zeke and William took the time needed to get my SumUp card reader working correctly. They also help me to set up my business account, which gave me some nice discounts. All in all, this was an incredibly good experience, unlike the previous three stores I had gone to. Please go see Zeke and William and they will get you where you need to be.
