The best Verizon store in the area. Excellent service. My husband and I came in to trade phones. We had somewhat of a complex situation with our phones and Dean went above and beyond to help us out. We were very happy with the service and support. We will definitely be coming back to this store. Thanks again Dean!

The staff at this store and the store on Capital Drive in Brookfield are outstanding. Particularly Andrew and Amber. My first experience with Andrew was in Brookfield. We've had nothing but bad experiences with the Verizon store in Beaver Dam WI. They don't seem very interested in helping the customer... That's all I'll say about them. It's so bad we drove to Brookfield over an hour away for help and met Andrew. He solved all our issues and helped me navigate the website and phone software with ease. He was patient and explained all the options for my personal account as well as for a business account. Today I needed assistance with closing a service and he told me he was in Fitchburg so I gladly drove 45 away from the Beaver Dam store to see him. He was with a guest and told me his Associate Amber could help. She was just as helpful as Andrew and together with a nice young man in training, sorry I don't want to get the name wrong, they resolved all issues and even took old US Cell phones in as credits on my bill. I can't say enough about their service. It was so good to get to talk to people that actually cared and helped. I'll drive to those two stores anytime as they are the best reps I've ever dealt with. Thanks for the great service.

Tyler was incredibly friendly and helpful after I had to replace my damaged phone after a vacation. New phone was completely set up and ready to go in less than an hour

Cameron was a great help even when the system wasn’t wanting to work. Got us set up and done with multiple devices in under 2 hours. Very easy to work with, quick responses, answered all of our questions.

I stopped in close to closing time, and was immediately met with a warm welcome. Tony and Ian were respectful, informative and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend working with these two at Verizon-Fish Hatch.

Back to back years, I've been impressed with the service, thoroughness, and support during the busy holiday sale season. In both years, they found us additional discounts or went out of their way to get us a device the same day.

We came to this store late on a Friday needing help with something Verizon related. We received excellent service and got everything squared away. Very grateful for the staff that helped us!

My old phone went completely bananas on me and they had me hooked up with a new one and even retrieved the data from my SEVERELY malfunctioning phone within the hour.

We have been Verizon customers for several years. We upgraded our phones again and Scott was our contact at the Cahill Main Store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the transition. We now know that he is our "go-to-guy" with anything related to our phones, service or just general coverage questions. You can't go wrong with Verizon and especially Scott! Thanks much!!!!!

My husband and I walked into Verizon Cahill Main to shut down our account and switch to something “cheaper”. The customer service rep there, Elliot listened, helped problem solved with us, explained the that other company’s having the same towers, is not the same thing as having the same speed or quality of of service. Elliot explained that we could add other family members to get us to the same price as the “cheaper” store down the road and also have better quality of service. Verizon is also giving us a seriously good trade in price on my old iPhone. Elliot did not pressure us but problem solved. This is customer service of old, the likes of which is not seen much in today’s world. Highly recommend. He not only saved two customers, but added 3 more of our family members!

After years of putting up with a failing S7 I finally caved and purchased an S21 from Best Buy, but when I tried to transfer my data I had no luck. I visited this location to ask for help, and even though they knew they wouldn't be selling me anything both Rio and Sam provided peerless customer service.

In addition to fixing the issue I was having they made the hour or so I spent in the store waiting for my data to transfer fun and entertaining. These guys both know their stuff and have excellent customer service skills.

Stopped in and we were helped by Scott, he was super helpful walking us through the process getting things set up, he took the time to look through our bill to see where we could save money monthly which was super helpful! He never made us feel rushed even as other customers were coming in. Will definitely call him for our Verizon needs.

I was trying to upgrade my phone plan online and was seeing extra charges and didn’t feel comfortable upgrading without knowing what the charges were for. I tried talking to someone online and they could not clearly tell me what the charges were for. So I went into this store and talked with Elliot Schwartz the team lead for the Madison region and he was clear and concise and explained what was happening. There was no extra charge it dropped off once I upgraded (Verizon as a whole should change that… I almost didn’t upgrade because of it). I am so glad I went in and Elliot was able to clear everything up for me!

Great experience here. Elliot and Jordan were both extremely helpful and were just excellent to work with. Like truly those guys saved me a TON of money and went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure I was taken good care of. I will definitely return for my future mobile phone needs!

I totally recommend this store, my phone died right before a trip to Wisconsin. The guys here helped get me back up and running with a new phone and a new phone for my son too! They got us the best deal for the whole family. Sam was lovely to work with and Elliot kept my husband entertained. Thanks Guys!

I had an AMAZING experience at this Verizon with Cayla and Jake! I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need; rather, I felt that they were looking out for me and advocating for a plan that would meet my needs and give me the best promotions and offer. They both were very knowledgeable about the different plans and answered the many questions I had. I appreciate their transparency, authenticity, good customer service, clear communication, friendliness, patience, and genuine care in helping me get what I need. I'm glad I stopped in and would highly recommend them!

Worked with Rio on a complicated (from my perspective) multiple phone upgrade process. He made the process easy. He has an excellent say/do ratio. Highly recommend.

I've never had an issue with this place. The guys who work here are friendly and helpful. Last night, I got a call that my new Google phone was in the store. When I got there a gentlemen named Benjamin Thubodaux was my sale representative. There was a few issues with my order going through but, Benjamin had a clear head and fixed all the issues for me. My down payment was apart of my order and he was able to add it including my promotions. Thank you so much for ALL of your help last night Benjamin!!!!!
