Richard was fantastic and knowledgeable. Quickly solving my problems with 2 phone numbers on the same phone. Fixing our account for monthly savings. Finally a good experience at a Verizon store.

I’ve had trouble getting in my account since I signed up my business. Haley has worked diligently on several occasions to get my account corrected. I think see is your greatest asset in Princeton we set an appointment for today and she sent me a reminder text. She is so professional.

Hailey was a fantastic sales representative! I definitely recommend this store. However, I do recommend setting up an appointment for assistance. They are frequently busy and sometimes only on representative is working and assisting all the customers.

I went in and Haley helped me with trading a pone and she did a wonderful job. Great customer service, kind, pleasant , smart and very knowledgeable young lady.

Josh was amazing. He had quite a few customers and was all by himself! He is a keeper. His helper who was expected to return but left early should be fired!

For personal reasons, I was assisting a family member with porting their service to a prepaid plan with another carrier. Dustin was diligent, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I accidentally destroyed my phone! He was willing to spend the time to get my new phone activated and working even though he had to stay late to do so. Great experience at this store!

Christopher was very friendly, informative, and helpful. The purchase took longer than expected due to data transfer between phones. He continued to help us after he had already clocked out. I had my previous phone for 7 years because I absolutely hate dealing with sales people. Chris actually made it pleasant. I suggest you turn him into a manager. 😉

Absolutely awesome customer service!!! I was in retail management for years. The young gentleman that worked there practically ran to the door to greet me and shook my hand. Introduced himself and asked my name. Was extremely well trained for his position. Five star store hands down. I really enjoyed myself there it was fun!!!!

Chris was absolutely outstanding! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. He exhausted every avenue possible to fix my issues and didn't seem to mind doing it. Because of people like Chris in Princeton WV Verizon, I will stay a Verizon customer and recommend Verizon to anyone needing a cell phone provider.

Joshuah is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and very competent at what he does. He is my favorite person to work with in that facility. My wife absolutely agrees with me.
Additionally, my wife and I both notice that he wears his mask like he is supposed to, and is very good with his social distancing.

I came into the Princeton location this evening to get a new screen protector for my IPhone Pro Max. The level of respectful and attentiveness was top notch. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was asked, “What brings you in today?”. Josh was very friendly and willing to help me in any way possible. He addressed the needs of the new screen protector and asked if I needed a new case or charger. I didn’t need anything else tonight and he respectfully told me “ When you do need anything else for your phone, I’d be glad to help you with that in the future”. The Princeton location was very clean and welcoming. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and will continue to be a customer as long as my family and I are treated well and valued as a loyal customer.
