McDonald's

I haven't had this good of an experience in a McDonald's in quite a while. Stephen knows what excellent customer service is! If y'all are reading this hire more people like him!

I used the McDonalds APP. It was a very pleasant experience. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh hot food. This is what I did. It was easy and efficient.

The woman.of color who takes your order and money at the drive-thru is so kind, helpful, happy. My dad and and I love seeing her when we stop by for lunch. She is very efficient and fast. The older woman who delivers the food is quick and helpful too. This McDonald's is very well-run. They are very busy at lunch time during the week but your order comes thru quickly in the drive-thru.

Fantastic as always. Best ice milk cones. And got a free large drink using the McDonalds app!

My girlfriend and I had car trouble on the way back from the Dells and ended up in Mount Horeb for a day. This whole town was extremely friendly and turned a rough day into a great experience. At this McDonald's, we received great service from all of the employees, as well as two free drinks from the cashier (Robert). Good job, keep up the good work

was in this evening, customer service was actually excellent this time. was there with a friend and we both appreciated the gentleman that was working at the cashier. we made a number of complaints to the District manager to no avail. we learned talking to another friend he used to be a district manager for another branch and knows the problems first hand which we experienced and wanted to assure us since he has been employed he will do everything to change the image of this mc donalds. they need to start over fresh. they should hire him as district manager then maybe the store will get rid of the pediphiles that they currently have as management and everyone can enjoy their meals. tonight i have to give them five stars. i will be back when the team that was working tonight is working again. thanks to a new begining and an excellent dining experience..

Was there today 10-18-17 at around 4:30, had service above expectations. My son was having A slight melt down do to not having a specific toy available in happy meal. The shift manager went in the back room and was able to find the toy he wanted.

This McDonald's, in Mt Horeb, was great! The kids loved the playroom (thankfully, there were socks for sale - only $1). Dad & Grandad are a snack from the dollar menu - satisfaction!

ONE OF THE GOOD ONES. Breakfast lunch dinner, meal snack or beverage, they can do it all. Any time of day, any appetite level. Only thing I'd suggest is FIGHT LIKE HELL because you have Culver's adjacent.

The staff was friendly and fun, we got our food really fast and the place was clean and quiet while we waited.

Order was taken and made by a very kind and attentive gentleman around 6:40am. Hot mocha was excellent. Great customer service!

Nice young crew team. Young leader named John who puts in the time and hours for sure! Glad to see somewhat a change in that establishment !

Great play place and really nice staff. We were just passing by on a road trip and it was a lucky find!

Very clean, good staff, pneumatic ketchup dispenser. 10/10 would recommend.
