Excellent help with makeup. The lady who has helped me several times is very friendly and really knows the best products. I have purchased more products because she is there to help, answer questions and make sure that the coupons I'm eligible for, are used. She takes the time to discuss products and answer questions. Always thrilled when she is working!!!!

This has to be my favorite walgreens. I don't have many problems with the pharmacy. I used to have problems at other ones and am so glad I live near this one. I used to be spoiled in another state where they had 24 hour pharmacy. That took some getting used to. Whoever orders the holiday stuff totally rocks! I love looking at the seasonal aisle and finding neat gifts. The candy aisle is dangerous. I wish there were more puzzle books to choose from. The people here work hard. I very much appreciate doing business with these folks.

I got everything I needed super quickly and easily! Lia was incredibly helpful and kind, and helped me out even though I was a little confused haha

Nice staff and pharmacists, the food is always pre sell-by date and the cosmetics section is clean and free from opened products. Waiting in line for the pharmacy can take abysmally long, come during off-hours unless you want memorize the warnings on the rectal itch cream display.

Transferring a prescription to this store was easy. The pharmacist quickly took the information and took care of business. Good job!

They helped me find a cheaper way to get my medication.

I was at Walgreens today, the manager was very helpful but looked very ill to the point where she shouldn’t have been there. Do they know how dangerous that can be? She looked miserable. Companies should not be letting employees go to work sick where they can infect customers and other employees.

I love the walgreens here dont get me wrong but today i went to get photos because i went to see my grandma in mount horeb as i live in verona a lady with glasses and red hair i couldnt see her nametag it was flipped rudely told me to wait for the conformation email that my photos are ready i wasnt going to go from mount horeb to verona back to mount horeb just for pictures i live in verona as stated and im not wasting gas everyone else at this walgreens is super sweet

Consistently off-putting customer service.

Since I can’t give zero stars, the one star here can be for the store staff who work in the front. They have always been very kind and helpful.

The pharmacy is a different story, however.

A family member of mine needs insulin and specifically has requested no substitutes, but has been given substitutes without warning and gotten sick. They have also substituted other medications for ones that are specifically labeled in their file as having caused bad reactions in the past. They have treated my family member as difficult for simply requesting necessary medicine that doesn’t make them sick.

Reading through the other reviews, it seems like many people have had similar experiences, which is also deeply concerning.

I personally have come to this location multiple times to pick up prescriptions I’ve been told are ready for pickup, only to be told upon arrival (after a long drive in) that they cannot fill them.

I hate leaving bad reviews. I specifically created this account to give places positive feedback during Covid. I never intended to give any place a bad review, but healthcare workers who flippantly ignore the simple instructions for a life-saving medication and disregard the health and safety of your family members, are simply unacceptable.

Horrible customer service here. Girl locked the front door before closing time, and seen me knocking on the door... then proceeded to run away with the cash drawer. We even called to say we were coming and arriving just before closing.

Young man at the front checkout is terrible with his customers. He has this tendency to hold the bags hostage as if the customer is going to take off with the items. One time as he was holding my items behind the counter while I was running my card he dropped them all over the floor. No apology, didn’t say hello just my total. Not a good fit for a customer service roll.
