Ordered a battery that wasn't in stock and it arrived the next day but was damaged. All the employees working there were extremely kind in helping us get it fixed and replaced right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My favorite auto part store in Wisconsin is this one in Mount Horeb. They are always helpful and very nice. I don't like rude people and sometimes when I've gone to this auto part chain in other locations, I've gotten rude people at the counter. But not this location! Highly recommend

I'd like to say a big "thank you" to this store, specifically Ed, who came over to my place to install a new battery in my car on his lunch break. With the battery fully dead and being a Sunday, I couldn't drive my car to any shop. So what a relief that Ed offered to do that for me. What great customer service!

For the most part it's an okay to auto parts store I've asked them to call me when Parts come in and waiting and waiting and 6 hours later it arrives or they call me and it's been in for 4 hours little disappointing
