Charlie was knowledgeable and efficient in explaining the different options of phones. It is obvious he knows what he is doing and is great at his job. I will definitely be revisiting this location!

I recommend going when Charles is there. He is nice and considerate. He acknowledges customers when they come in and gives them a estimated wait time if all employees are busy. Unlike the 1st time I went there, a different employee was there, she didn't acknowledge me and I ended up waiting for about an hour before I left. Only go when Charles is there. He doesn't waste your time.

I went in to visit this location, after a very bad experience at one of the Madison locations. I was greeted immediately after coming inside by Alicia, who was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. She helped me choose a new phone, explaining the differences between each and allowing me to choose one that suited my needs. While I was there, she was very good about saying "hello" to others coming into the store, acknowledging them quickly but sticking with me until my transaction was finished. I will not go to any other locations after my experience here.

We weren’t sure about switching carriers, but due to the service we received at the Mt. Horeb US Cellular location we switched over! Charlie was awesome and the customer service he provided made it a great experience! Thank you, Charlie!

The best experience I've ever had at a cell phone store. I was purchasing a new phone as an existing customer and Nichole was extremely helpful! She informed me of the sales going on and I felt like she made sure I had the best price and plans. I walked out relaxed and with a new phone that had all my data already switched and ready to go!
