McDonald's

Just walked in to order food for my family to sit and eat. Couldn't even find one clean table. Then when I went to the counter to ask if someone could clean a table for us. I didn't not get one person ask if I needed anything. Pasted me three times. A girl even passed me and took a guys order at the counter when I was standing there first. Then finally I was able to get a guys attention from behind the counter and ask if he was a manager because he was not wearing a name tag. Then said yes he is a manager with an attitude. Then I ask if he could get someone to clean a table for my family. He looked at me like I was in the wrong. Then I said thank you and walked back to my family. Then if their was a problem with that. I just left. Because if they have there lobby unsanitized. I especially don't want to eat there or let my family eat there. Poor service, horrible customer service, and not clean.

Late night stop with 5 teenagers. They were starving. McDonald's didn't disappoint. The manager personally brought their food out, with a smile. Happy teens for the win!

Clean and well taken care of, even thou they are short staffed they still got our food out very quickly.

The Lebanon McDonald's never disappoints. Every time I visit here everything is great.

Great place to grab a bite on the go. Food was warm and served as ordered, staff was friendly.

This McDonald's restaurant is very clean and well kept. The design concept is very appealing as well.

I give the Ice Tea 12 stars. That stuff is amazing. They really should sell it by the gallon.

Went through the drive-through. There is no atmosphere to rate.

Very clean bathroom and playground for kids. The food is served to you at your table which is very convenient. Fast food and fast service with a smile. Top notch McDonald's!

Stopped by around 9:30am today. The drive thru employees are to good to be true. All 3 were super nice, thanking me and wishing me a merry Xmas. I order was correct, yummy and a straw and napkins which 9 out of 10 I go to cannot remember to put in my bag. I ordered a non-sweet ice tea, and was offered a sugar pack. I kinda laughed because how friendly they were. This store needs to train other McDonald's about friendliness, accurate and biscuits not burned.

Breakfast drive thru was busy so it took a while to get thru the line

The guy working named Daniel was the sweetest guy ever, the sweet tea was AMAZING this morning. He knows how to make it right. My breakfast was so good it always is. No wait at all. Thanks yall for the hard work you do.

Hot food, prompt and friendly service! The only downside is that the location seems to be a data and Wifi dead zone for me, so checking in with the app can be hit or miss. Still, great work!

Went there during lunch rush and they got us through really fast with fresh food and they were very nice

I normally go here for breakfast when I do go to McDonald's. The morning crew is always friendly and polite. They move the lines fast. I have never had anything wrong in my order. Sometimes the person in front of me will pay for my breakfast so I always make sure to pay that forward to.

This McDonald's has a nice play area for the kids. So my kids love it of course. I usually don't have any problems with my orders either. This location itself is good and right off the highway. Plus it's a newer remodel too. There are flat screen TVs, newspapers, etc.

POS system went down but the workers handled it quickly while still being friendly! great experience even with technical difficulties

This McDonalds is pretty based not gonna lie. Get yourself some fries, you've earned it.

They were so friendly! I ordered an m&m McFlurry and when I got to the window they gave me an Oreo one but I asked if I could get the right one I ordered (the girl might’ve not heard me which I understand cause it’s hard hearing over the headset!) and they were super nice about it and got me a fresh new McFlurry with m&ms.

I love hitting up McD's early in the morning for an egg and cheese biscuit and hashbrowns. You can't beat the price and my breakfast is always hot and fresh. Excellent customer service, too.
