Love it how people think the post office is paid by taxes. 😆😆😂 The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations. Ya'll gunna learn today.

I ship over 2000 packages a year out of this post office and my local carrier. Never once have they lost a package. They’re friendly to me, most of these reviewers have never seen a bad post office..go to the east coast and experience one of those…you’ll be glad for what you have in this smaller town post office. Also LOVE their pre paid bin drop off and they scan every package in quickly.

I recently started a small business and the Lebanon Post Office has been great! I originally shipped with UPS, but had a problem right off the bat (which their customer service still hasn't resolved over a month later).

The USPS has been cheaper and more consistent. When I think of all the pieces they handle everyday, I'm amazed that they consistently and safely get my packages to my customers so quickly.

I know the post office gets a lot of hate and I have experienced lots of problems but just coming back from another town where you simply can’t even call the post office and the line is a mile long and the customer service is atrocious, I was so happy to return to Lebanon and make one simple call to the post office and have a problem resolved immediately. So grateful for them, love my mail carrier and the manager I spoke to there

I rarely stop in the post office but over the years I hated it because the same employees were always grouchy, rude and unpleasant to work with. Today I stopped in and although I didn’t catch her name, there was a woman working and she was smiling and made conversation with me which I have never experienced here. I’m so glad they hired someone like her!

My wife and I ordered some Fitbits from Amazon, and they were delivered yesterday in the parcel box of our condo. The driver made a small error and forgot to place the key in our box. No big deal usually, but with it being 29degrees last night, we were worried about them being in the cold all night. I called our local USPS in Lebanon Ohio and Steve answered the phone. Instead of saying they would get to it tomorrow, he personally came to our house and hand delivered the packages! I even offered him a $10 for his time and he politely refused. I am very thankful and thrilled with the customer service provided by this team! Thank you all!

Went to the post office today (8/25/20) around 4:30. I wasn’t looking forward to it for many reasons. But today I was pleasantly surprised by the man working behind the counter. He wasn’t overly friendly, but was kind, polite, and patient with me as I needed some additional assistance.

Staff is always courteous and provide prompt service. They always remind you to buy stamps, which is helpful for those of us forgetful people. I like to keep stamps in my purse.

I was almost afraid to visit after reading reviews lol but I must say I had 2 very pleasant visits here. They have obviously listened to the complaints and have made changes!

Did not have to wait. Rarely have to wait at this location. Quick in and out. Plenty of parking. Gentleman who waited on me was a little cranky. Hope his week improved.

I have usually had good service here. While not the most talkative staff, which I prefer, they have been helpful. Our mail holds have always been done correctly, and our postal carrier is friendly. This is one of those places you don't really go because you want to, like a resturant, but I have enjoyed my necessary trips here.

The people working here are always helpful, despite difficult conditions right now. Love the self-serve systems, ability to use after hours, and precautions taken for safety. About every other time I go in to use the automatic machine, though, the credit card machine won’t accept any cards from me or other guests so we have to give up and come back later during business hours.

Nice, the staff was helpful. Otherwise it is the USPS.

Friendly staff and reasonable wait times. Ample parking though the location isn't easily found from the main streets.
