AT&T Store

I came into AT&T worried and concerned, just because of the issues we were having and other employees not being able to fix them. Today, mark fixed our issues in moments. Explained how to work things we were aware of. He also gave us information to help protect our phone. Also helped download the safe app. He was amazing, respectful,and willing to go over and beyond his job.

Came here because I had questions about my phone and Warren was amazing. He showed me what to do and explained everything very clearly, making sure I understood. I felt like he really cares about his customers, which is so rare now. He went above and beyond and I will definitely make this my preferred store.

Definitely a five star experience at this store. The staff was wonderful. They even have the new model phones in stock. Did not have to wait for them to ship. Thanks Mike!

I did a phone upgrade and Walter at the Lebanon, Ohio was a tremendous help. Friendly, helpful and very personable. I ended up not liking the new phone so I went back a few days later and Walter helped out once again just as friendly before. This time the store was busy but he still was able to help me switch my phone out and was kind enough to help even putting my new screen protector and case on again for the second time in three days. I can’t say enough good things about Walter and as a business student studying management I strive to be like Walter in my professional career.

Walter was amazing at helping us figure out our next steps with phones and service plan. Walter was very personable, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. He is the reason we are continuing our AT&T service. It so great to be able to get helpful service. Walter and the store should get more than 5 stars!

Mark was very informative about the products and services I needed. He found discounted pricing on my lines as I upgraded! 5 stars service.

I stopped in the store recently to get a new business line established. I was greeted immediately and assisted by the store manager Tyler and rep Cori. Both were extremely knowledgeable about the store products and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had. I most certainly recommended going to see them for all your telecommunication needs

The BEST store PERIOD. Josh and his coworkers are amazing. Always friendly, beyond helpful and never fail to fix my phone issues. I am so thankful they are here, and so very able!! If you have any needs, come to this store.

Walter was great! He greeted me at the door and answered every single question I had. He helped me set up my phone, watch and earbuds. I really appreciate him!

The sales clerk was very nice & friendly. She greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. She found what I needed quickly. She told me about the warranty without my asking. The price was more expensive than what I had been looking at but I think the quality made it worth the difference. Excellent experience 🥰 !!!

The best experience I’ve ever had at any AT&T. The rep Doran was incredibly patient with me and answered every single question I had and more. I got a new iPhone and he even helped me transfer all my stuff. Could not be happier with the service I got from him.

Sales reps in there are very friendly and not pushy for you to “buy now to get a deal” like most phone stores. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to Persuade me another. They helped set things up for me and were fast and professional.

I went in for to add an iPad to my account and the salespeople were very knowledgeable and great. Very professional and answered all my questions. Would recommend anyone to come to this location

I am giving 5 stars to an employee, not AT&T. Doran went above and beyond to help with a billing issue we have had for quite some time. Calling AT&T gets you absolutely nowhere; they make excuses up as they go along. Couldn't/wouldn't even get a supervisor on the phone even when Doran called for us. So Doran, I apologize for my outburst. It was in no way directed towards you. Thanks for everything you did to help us!
