Over all a great experience! Salesman was a retired marine very knowledgeable, efficient and patient. Quickly got my paperwork completed while answering all my questions. The manager was very nice! She was also very knowledgeable about firearms and all the accessories. Great deals on gear up packages and a lot of inventory to choose from along with a lot of ammo choices. Total process took about a hr to pick out my firearm and complete the paperwork and walk out the door. I'll definitely be back for future additions to the collection!

I had a great experience at Vance Outdoors in Lebanon. I was greeted by an employee in the gun area. He asked if I needed help. When I told what what I needed he pulled a numbered ticket for me and advised that an employee would be with me when he returned from finishing up with another customer. He then gave me advise on ammunition as I waited. Tim called my number and was amazing. He took the time to walk me through the paper work I had to fill out to purchase my firearm. He took the time to get to know me while we were working on my paperwork. The process took a little bit of time, but it flew by. Tim then walked me to the front to check out. The two female employees at the front register were very friendly and professional and helped me and my son with any questions we had. Overall , my visit to Vance Outdoors in Lebanon was time well spent. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my firearm from Vance. I would gladly drive 45 minutes again to shop at this store. The selection was good , but the staff was AMAZING. Every employee I came into contact with seemed to enjoy their job and got pleasure from helping the customers.

Exceptional service! I can't rate this place highly enough – if there were six stars, they'd have them! After a long day at work, I had to drive an hour for ammo. Mrs. Lisa, who was incredibly knowledgeable and sweet, assisted me over the phone even before I arrived. At checkout, Bobbie was wonderfully friendly. Their outstanding service truly made my day, leaving me fully prepared and satisfied for the long drive home. Highly recommend

Bought my first firearm at Vance today. Service was excellent. I had a newer employee Luka who did an outstanding job. I will be back. Oh, and the price was outstanding also just like the service.

The price I was willing to pay, easy to use selection of delivery locations, fast shipping! I will be sending my id for a discount before I order again, I didn’t notice I had that option prior to ordering. I am going to be keeping an eye on what they have to offer( products and services) from now on.

Website was super easy to use. Had exactly what we were looking for. Placed order after hours, next morning received email saying they got my order. Shipped same day and tracking number provided and carrier confirmed the freight was tendered to them. ( many sellers generate a tracking number but don't actual give it to carrier till days later and then try and blame the carrier. Always track and see when it was given to carrier) Great service will definitely use again.

Outstanding store. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to get the information that I needed and requested. A big shout out to Lisa in the Customer Service section. I called and ask if they had an item in stock. She went and found the item and let me know to whom i needed to talk to when I arrived. Keep up the good work. I will be back to the store soon.

The lebanon store the Employees know me by name and very respectful and friendly. Love going there. It's my go to place for guns and ammo.

I had an awesome experience! I’m a first time firearms buyer and the background check was done quickly and efficiently. I got a heck of a deal on the hand gun I chose and it worked out well. I appreciate everybody from the salesman in training, to the knowledgeable gentleman helping make my decision. Told him exactly what I was looking for and this man showed incredible patience and knowledge as he walked me through what would be best for me! So appreciative of him and the time he devoted towards making sure I was squared away. A true friend and brother. I’ve always experienced great customer service at Vance. I recently purchased a kayak from them and my only complaint would be to insure they have the Manufacturers Statement of Origin to make registering easier.
