The young man who took care of me was super!! Very very nice and professional. He apologized for any inconvenience do to the previous customer before me. I was so proud of him the way he spoke to me with high respect. Make this young man manager soon!!! I will be back as a regular customer

My new favourite burger. These are amazing. Wish we had these in the UK.

Hot food. Crispy fries. Quick service, unless you get there when the line is long. Even then service is quick from the window.

I love this place. Everytime I visit my family in Chicago I must eat at White Castle. We dont have them in Texas so its always a priority to eat them when I can. There is a reason why Harold and Kumar went through so much adversity to acquire those delicious little burgers😋

If you love them you love them. It was a must stop on my trip away from Florida to Chicago area! Cheeseburgers, jalapeño cheeseburgers & Onion Rings!

The staff is always courteous and nice when I come to this location! Uber didn’t pick my order up and was waiting for a driver so I had to roll out and get it the manager made my night snack fresh after showing ID! Out of a staff of four they do good with getting orders out, my burgers tasted Funny so I filed them under G but my fried hard onion rings was fire!

Employees who give you the exact condiments you ask for are a gift from GOD!!! Burger fresh and hot with gooey cheese 🧀 😋

Nice young man took my order. Large sack of Shrimp Nibblers with cocktail sauce hit the spot. Top that with wedge of strawberry cheesecake. Good service and good food equals great experience.

Its funny that I live way North, but this is the only WC franchise i support. The service is fast and friendly and although the drive through is ALWAYS packed the wait is NEVER long. I get the breakfast meal no matter what time of day because they use real, fresh eggs!!

The food was hot, moist and delicious. Only one negative they didn't put the mustard ketchup sauce on it.

The silders were fresh and hot, and the young man at the drive thru was respectful and concerned about getting our order right. I didn't get his name, but it was around 7am

My whole family loves white castle especially the sliders, but we live in a different state where we don't have one, so when we go out of state we always make sure to stop at a white castle ❤ growing up my parents always took us to white castle and now i get to share that experience with my family 😁

I work late and sometimes stop here to grab a bite on the way home.

There was a guy asleep in the drive thru line too 😭 but the slight wait (multiple cars in the drive thru) didn’t bother me. I expected as much around that time. Whoever the manager is and whoever took my order were so polite and didn’t seemed phased by the incident at all. Especially with the guy playing the loud music behind me (extra annoying).
But Shout Out to y’all and keep up the great work!
