This location is only for pick up. The pizza is always great and the customer service as well. They have very pleasant workers. Jane was especially helpful with helping me take the Pizzas to my car.

Jan rendered excellent customer service. From the time I called my order in on the telephone ☎ and when I picked my order up from the restaurant. Jan made me feel comfortable by acknowledging my presence as soon as I walked in the door simply by greeting me with a warm "hello". Not to mention my pizza was very delicious 😋. This pizza is the best !! The crust is delicious and the meat and cheese are perfect , all topped off with a light and delicious sauce ! This will be your new favorite pizza place.

I happen to be in this area for work purposes. I’ve heard about Chicago pizza and I’ve tried other pizza spots,, but known have done Chicago pizza justice, until now!!! This is by far,! Far far far the best pizza I’ve had in Chicago or anywhere else for that matter! I’m telling you it’s worth the experience! If your craving great tasting, quality made Chicago deep dish pizza!!! This is the spot!!!!

I had ordered a large deep dish pizza for pick-up on my way home from work. When I arrived at the pick-up time, I was informed they had an issue with their ticketing system and my order had gotten lost in the shuffle. The man that spoke with me could not have been more accommodating. He told me they were going to get my pizza in right away and offered my daughter and I any drinks while we waited as well as some cookies for my daughter AND completely refunded my order. This was some seriously outstanding customer service and my pizza was piping hot and delicious when we got home.

I can honestly say this might be my favorite pizza!! The sauce was flavorful with chunky tomatoes. Completely recommend the butter crust.

Pizza was delicious! The boneless wings weren't my favorite they were very dry over done dark in color not much sauce on them at all. The breading was ehhh at best. But maybe just an off day. It was my first time getting food from them but I will try the wings again just to see. The counter girls were very sweet and efficient the waiting area was very clean and tidy. It's a definite must try again. It is only carry out and parking can be a little tricky. But not a terrible experience at all. Give em a try

We got the boneless buffalo chicken wings instead of the bone-in wings due to a miscommunication on my daughter-in-law's part. They were okay, but my son didn't like them at all and said they tasted fake. We also ordered a deep dish pepperoni that was amazing! Lots of pepperoni and the sauce on top was chunky with a great flavor. All in all an excellent dinner!

I tried this pizza place after hearing many rave about it. Super thin crust, light toppings. Overall a nice place but I wouldn’t go out of my way to try it.

Diving through Chicago, had to try deep dish. Being a southern boy I was timid, but I gotta say I was not disappointed. Food was great and a personal was more than enough to eat for 2 meals for me.

Been ordering for a few years...always great service and the Lou's Chicago Classic is our Go-To Selection.

Recently we had picked up a Pizza & was given the wrong one! It was 9pm on a Wednesday...back home & hungry...so we called to let them know.

They provided us a Full Refund and sent us a Gift Certificate...AWESOME SERVICE & TOTAL REDEMPTION!

A little expensive for pizza but worth every penny. The salads are addictive. I buy bottles of the dressing because it is the best dressing I ever had. Good desserts too. This location is usually pretty busy, but the staff is friendly and handles it well.

It's carry out only. The deep dish pizza has a pound of cheese.

Only the most quality ingredients! The Italian sausage flavors are great. The tomatoes are freshly crushed and baked, perfect ratios of meat, cheese, sauce and crust. It did not disappoint!

My new favorite, spinach pan pizza. So good and leftovers for the next day.

Excellent service the young lady at the counter was very pleasant. This was my first time ordering from this location. This location is pick up only. Time was 35 to 45 minutes but I had to wait an extra 10 or 15 mins upon arrival. So allow yourself the extra time. It was all worth it the pizza was so fresh, and good. Extra large half sausage and half veggies thin crust ran close to $55
