We go there every morning. My two year old daughter and I. Alexa and Kevin are the absolute best up there. They tell her hi every morning and make sure she's apart of the starbucks experience. The coffee is always on point too. 10/10 experience (:

Im not sure who was working the window/ taking orders. But 2 days before Christmas I was having the worst morning of my life. Having a panic attack I couldn’t even order coffee right. The lady at the window asked if I was ok and just needed a pick me up, I said yes we talked and when I got to the counter the staff took care of me and blessed me that morning. It gave me faith and hope there are still good people in the world. Amazing coffee but most of all… the best staff. Thank you so much!

I can’t express enough how excited I get when I see a group of individuals working together as a team to contribute to an end result goal. How swiftly this team work together, liking to be literally engage in dance. The Waltz, if you will, should we get fancyyy. Then there was, a unique individual that bounced around from team member to team member, making sure that they were stocked and ready, answering questions for customers, and did so was such a bubbly and vibrant sunshine. I looked to her a tire and the back had a Colorado emblem. My home state. she had brought some sunshine from the sunshine state all the way to Kansas City and how bright and wonderful it was to experience yesterday. Please do stop in for a Starbucks, with great customer, service, and flavors to satisfy any pallet - get out there and get busy living and get a shot of espresso on your way there!

Got a drink this morning and the person working the drive thru was very pleasant! He is a ray of sunshine in the service industry! Hope he stays that way.

Me and my friend came in on 8/11 and they were very busy. Despite being packed and busy, we were promptly greeted and assured we’d be helped soon. Ivory helped us at the register and she was such a sweetheart! Very helpful and accommodating. Everyone here is friendly, works hard and makes sure customers come first!

Exceptionally friendly staff and customer service. They made us feel at home rather than a transaction. As expected, coffee was delicious, too. They set a standard for Starbucks in my opinion.

Sometimes the service can be hit and miss, but most of the time it's great. I recommend these strawberries and cream frappe.

This location is very clean and every time I've visited it the employees are very friendly. I love that Starbucks has the star rewards program and it's so easy to earn stars and lots of promotions. The prices are a little more than I would like but it's certainly worth it. My two favorite drinks from here are the Caramel Frappuccino (pictured) and the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino.

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL KEVIN (morning shift) THAT HE IS A GIFT!!!!!! Kevin made my day and was so kind at the window and drive through, he was working on a Saturday and had the biggest smile on his face, he brightened my entire weekend and it goes to show that kindness spreads. Kevin if you read this know you are such a sweetheart to the community!!

They were a little understaffed, but they were super kind and patient. Also, love the pumpkin chai latte.

Paid this location a visit to meet up with an old friend from high school that I hadn't seen in 12 years. They let us stay there and catch up for hours after we finished our coffee with no complaint. Restroom was clean, staff was nice, coffee was good. Wasn't very busy for a weekday mid-morning visit!

Go there all the time Good place to get coffee bagels.

Ordered online. Half order was ready when we arrived. Store was busy. Fun watching the barista's multi task.

The staff is amazing, but it's clear that profit is priority over people, as they are always understaffed and have people doing multiple jobs. This is a busy location, so the cash flow is certainly there.

Theyre great! Super nice and sweet, i love the pronoun pins/tags. It is often busy so sometimes youll be waiting awhile but its because they handle it better than the other nearby locations. Sometimes they do mess up, but so does everyone else. Theyre only human :)
