This store is appealing inside and out. Well lit, well stocked.

This store seems to have more diverse stock than other big box stores. Yet it’s still easy to navigate and the staff was helpful in guiding to the proper section of the store when needed.

Prices are competitive to Home Depot but the facility feels cleaner.

Eric in the back that operates the fork lift is absolutely amazing! My husband and I spend almost $300k a year at this Menards for our business and Eric is always there to help us anytime we need!

Ebenezer is the only reason for the 5 stars. He also provided some education and best practice when searching for wood products. Employees like him should be recognized.

Very impressed with everything this store carries under one roof. Menards has everything you need for your home! Home goods, appliances, doors, windows, bathroom vanities, and so much more! Employees are easy to find and very helpful! Glad to have this store in our community!

Not our usual store, but ours was out of stock on a sale item. Found the Belton store had more. Super clean and everyone was friendly. Strange shopping there when were used to the Independence store, Belton is mirror image backwards.

Awesome store, items are in stock and it is not mismanaged and dirty like the local Lowe’s stores.

Menards has more staff on the floor available to help than the other big box hardware stores. Prices are comparable or lower if you send in the 11% rebate. There are fewer stores throughout the area but worth the drive.

Rarely have I shopped in a store with people more helpful. Management, your people are a treasure and you should double some salaries.

Austin back in paint is seriously a hero! Amazing customer service. He goes above and beyond in understanding the customer's needs and recommending a product that best fits the budget of the customer.

I've bought several gallons of paint, brushes, thinners and other miscellaneous products nearby the paint section and Austin has helped greatly with most! He even asked me to report back on a product that he personally hadn't used before and he hadn't known of anyone who had.

What a great guy, and another reason why I'll always be doing business at Menards!!!

This is my favorite place to come for all sorts of home goodies.

I was greeted and assisted by the young lady that works in the tile flooring department. She was of great help from beginning to end. She even carried my purchase out to load my vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable

My husband and I come here often. They've always had anything we've needed for home projects...big or small. The selection and price of peel and stick tile is much better at Lowes is the only thing I've come across. They have a decent selection of plants and mostly normal pricing. They always have random things in sale so it's a great place to find a good deal too. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We've never really waited in line no matter the time of day or how crowded the parking lot seems. They keep it moving quick and efficiently. Glad we've got this store here.

Cameron in flooring is so knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. He offers great customer service. Then at check out the two young men again friendly and helped us load our car.

Friendly service. Found everything I needed, even though I needed help. Love the rebate. Love the fact that they have almost everything that I need.

Great store. I'm a contractor and the guys who work back there are excellent. Often i get deliveries. No complaints. I love how i can pull in back and there's always a guy on a forklift ready to help. Security gate is never too busy.

Excellent excellent excellent shopping experience today. Four different employees helped me find different things in the store. They stayed until I found exactly what I wanted. One had to have a managers assistance. She brought back two managers who helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, even opening a box so that I could see exactly what the product was. The cashier was excellent and a helpful with all of my big things. Helping me switch carts and load everything so that I could keep track of my two kids. I definitely will return to the store and definitely recommend the store. I have never had a better shopping experience at this kind of store before.

I stopped in Menards on Black Friday afternoon for a tube of silicone and a few solar lights for my fence. Several employees helped me during this visit. I have to say, I was very pleased with the professionalism, the friendliness, and the willingness to help. Every employee I passed asked if I was finding what I needed. Always a pleasant experience at this location!

Every time I gave to come into this store I regret it when I have to go to theire barn. Once again I show up and I notice there's employee standing around in the shaded area of the barn. But then they noticed me and they scurry away as fast as they can they can so they don't have to help me .So I waste a 1/2 hour my time trying to find the wood that if they would have helped I could have found it in 5 minutes. Finally my girlfriend couldn't stand it anymore so she went outside and asked the employees to come and help us . And come to find out there wasn't any lumber there, What we needed was all located in a different place outside. But what's so frustrating is we wasted a 1/2 hour 45 minutes of our time if you could get some good employees that didn't mind helping us out we would have got that done in 5 minutes thank you for interrupting our day menards..
