Had a really nice experience here. The food is what you expect from Panera, and I really liked ordering at the kiosk to customize my meal, which was prepared exactly as I ordered. I forgot to pick up my bakery items immediately after placing the order (they weren't automatically put with our meals at the pickup window, which I didn't realize at first), but we were able to swing by at the end of our stay to show the receipt and get them. Staff members were friendly and jumped in to help me with a drink dispenser when they noticed it wasn't working quite right for me. Fairly open, airy space with lots of natural light. Perfectly fine spot for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

Sip and be Merry! The best place to sit and relax enjoying a nice hazelnut roast with almond milk.

Excellent food, excellent service. Stacey Nash personally took the time to wrap my leftover sandwich. World class service here in Belton!!!

Delicious soup! Always perfect on a cool spring day. Really like having so many options to choose from.

I was somewhat disappointed on this visit. My wife and I like Panera very much, but this was not my best experience. My biggest complaint was the interaction with store employees. While not terrible, it still left something to be desired. The food was good, so no real issues there. I hope improvement with employees comes soon.

I have always received very good, friendly service it this location. They have a good variety of healthy food and drinks to choose from. I placed a carryout order and everything was correct.

I visited the Belton MO. Location on 3/30. I had received some news while waiting in the drive thru that had upset me. The girls inside had noticed that I was upset and one of them brought me 2 cinnamon rolls and said she hoped that would brighten my day! That was the sweetest thing ever! It's people like this that we need more of and need to be recognized. Thank you again for the thoughtfulness it definitely makes a difference! Thank you to the drive thru girls Thursday evening ❤

Truly amazing individuals that work here! I called in mad because my food wasn't delivered. I had ordered through the Panera app. Little did I know it goes through a three party delivery. Unfortunately the delivery service lost my address and couldn't get the food to me. They then marked it delivered. Of course now I'm upset because my food is not here and I paid for it! So I called to the store wanting to know where the heck my food is?! Those wonderful people were nice enough to remake it and bring it to me. They also contacted the three party delivery service as well. Talk about going to extra mile! Thank you! I'm very grateful for what you did for me today.

I had a great experience and whoever made my salad for lunch did a great job! The salad was perfectly seasoned and had great texture. It was beautifully created with warmth and love . If we were in France I would give you three Michelin stars, P.E.R.I.O.D!! Good job Panera I am truly proud.

First and lastly, we love Panera, and have never had a bad experience with service or food; one might begin to take this for granted, until they go above and beyond to give perspective on how high they set their bar as a company, in food quality and customer service.

Our order was incorrect entirely but we didn't realize it until we got home (that's on us). I called back to explain what happened and Kacey MOD didn't initially answer but took the call and time out from training a new, inexperienced crew, and no drivers, to hear my issue and see how to make it right. Our order was re-made right then, with a few extras and a compensation voucher, all without my prompt and zero hesitation.

These days it feels like customer service has taken a back seat, to everything for the sake of convenience, so it's refreshing to see there are still companies she team members who still have pride, honor and respect for what they do in this business, as I do.

Some places like Wingstop in Belton could learn a thing or many from other reputable establishments like Panera if they cared to do so.

We appreciate Panera continuing to keep themselves set above the rest...even with the occasionally new and inexperienced crew, they hardly miss a beat, thank you!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The order kiosk was easy enough that a non techie was able to use it successfully. The food was amazing. The new grilled mac and cheese sandwich is now my personal favorite! I will definitely be back.

So we come here often but today we got home with a sandwich that only had a single piece of turkey on only half of the sandwich. Super bummed when we got home because my partner has stomach issues & hadn’t eaten in awhile so he got sick unfortunately. So we left the house & came back to fix it. They were super nice & gave us a sandwich with a generous amount of turkey. I’m sure when we get gone my partner will be thrilled. We just appreciate that a correction was made with no fuss. Thank you for being quick to correct we appreciate it.

Wonderful service and yummy VEGAN bowls and dairy free smoothies! All were so filling and satisfying and super tasty! The atmosphere is great for a quick lunch or a nice little dinner like what we just had! Love love love, and will be back again and again! My new favorite place. Thank you for the vegan options!

Ate here twice this week. Food was amazing, service was prompt and friendly, and the place is clean and spacious. Even did a rapid order beforehand once and everything was ready and correct. Nothing missing! That's rare for me when ordering take out. I will definitely be back soon.

Great service and friendly staff. I'm a regular there and one of the employees, Brittney, recognizes my voice through drive through and already knows i want my iced coffee lol. Half and half, sugar and two shots of espresso. Keep up the good work y'all.

Beautiful modern Panera location. Great food. My only suggestion is that this place would benefit from huge, colorful signage out front on the road showing salads and other food. It is very easy to miss this Panera when driving by because the sign is small, white and not the typical logo. Take advantage of your awesome location with big signs that draw people in!

Fresh quality food! And their portions are great for the price. A fantastic carry-out, or drive thru meal. The ambience is nice inside as well, unfortunately I'm always on the go so I haven't eaten in one in a few years. And their always clean!! Lol

Always on their ball game. Food is good and staff friendly. I have eaten here and have also delivered food from here and to date have never had a problem.

Food at Paneras is always wonderful. I had the pick 2, so that was tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.
