Always able to find quality tools at good prices. I really like the Bauer cordless tools - for the homeowner/rancher they do just as well as the big brand tools.

Great Option. If you do construction this is by far the best place to get your tools. Compare with true value that has less inventory sometimes 3X more expensive than harbor freight. Great store, great customer service, great prices. Lowe's and Home Depot sell their levers at $60 the cheapest one, HF has them on $10-$20 range, And there's lots of tools that you won't get unless you have $100 bucks , you can find them way cheaper at HF.

I purchased a 10 gun safe yesterday from this location as I needed it ASAP. Spencer was super helpful with bringing it from the back and loading it in the truck that I borrowed to buy it. When I got home, it was missing a piece for the top lock. I called him at the store and he helped me troubleshoot the problem, even sending me pictures to figure out what part I needed. He set it aside for me to come pick up today. When I got to the store, I explained that the part I needed actually was more complex, the whole lock needed replaced. The logistics of having to bring the safe back and get a new one home was a daunting task, as I live 30 minutes away. I would have had to borrow a truck again and had a friend come help me for a second time. Spencer was gone, but Hunter was there and he helped get the parts I needed by contacting Spencer and his manager. He let me swap out the part I needed and the safe is 100% operational as it should have been. It was a manufacturer defect but the Belton store helped me tremendously in getting it fixed. Thank you, Spencer and Hunter! Fantastic customer service!

First time in this store. Found everything I was looking for.

I've visited this location several times and have always been impressed. The store is meticulously merchandised and the staff are quick to offer assistance without being obtrusive.

I recently purchased a Braun rechargeable work light. The first one I got apparently had a dud battery. I took it back, and was once again impressed by the efficiency of the staff in recognizing and assisting me with the exchange for one that works, and is awesome.

Weve done well as usual with Harbor Freight. Their Bauer tools take the same battery packs, so are getting some tools to usecwith them.

This is one of the best HF in the Kansas City area if not the best. It is a huge store compared to some of the others and it is well stocked. It is much easier to find what you are looking for with the aisles spaced further apart. The staff was helpful and as always I walked out with more then I planned on. HF is the place to get certain tools and those odds and ends.

What more could you ask for. Good tools at affordable prices. They usually have everything I'm looking for when it comes to hand tools. When it comes to larger items like compressors or miter saws their selection can be limited at times. Overall though I love harbor freight and will continue to return for a long time.

Why I've not been to a harbor freight yet is beyond me. Awesome deals on tools and pretty good quality products with those deals. The store associates were friendly and always ready to help. I'm going to be frequenting Harbor Freight much more often!

The tools ain't going to last forever but harbor freight carries their own lineup of Different tools ain't top of the line but I got harbor freight tools that I've had for 5 years some 10 and still have a few miles to go

It seemed to be a nice place. They had what I was looking for. The staff helped me locate an item. The price I paid for what I got seemed to be reasonable.

Went in for a paint sprayer and it was on sale for only $20, while looking at it, a store employee walked me through how to clean it properly and their experience using one. Overall, great experience.
