Beautiful location!! Magical experience ✨
We loved the turtles that would come to the front of the condo every evening to eat sea kelp, we loved the easy parking, the clean laundry room and free laundry detergent, we loved the sweet touches like yummy chocolate and coffee, we loved the super comfy mattress, we loved the nightly sunsets, we loved the lanai, we loved the bbqs and pool, we loved the lush gardens, we loved this condo's affordability, loved all the beach gear in the patio closet, we loved the quiet, we loved this side of the island, we loved the ease of cooking in the well stocked kitchen, we loved our walks to town, we had the best time and the best trip♡

The perfect place!
This property was spotless when we arrived. Although we didn't do any cooking, we did notice how well stocked the kitchen was for anyone who would be cooking. The bed was comfortable (and i'm picky). The view was amazing. The location was pretty central to all the things we wanted to do. This was a perfect property for my husband and i. We had an amazing vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It’s centrally located, which allowed us to easily get to where we wanted to go. The view is beautiful! We loved sitting on the patio, watching the sea turtles climb up the beach at night and the hot tub. It was quiet & relaxing. It was great to have the harbor & shops so close. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great in unit 536.
We loved all of the touches including, chairs, cooler, washer/dryer, wifi, and dishes in the kitchen. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. This location is centrally and conveniently located in the middle of the island. The view was wonderful, morning, noon, and all night.

Room with a view
This condo was clean, comfortable and in such a great location! The view from the balcony was amazing, especially at sunset. Everything that you needed was provided, along with extra touches like a cooler bag and snacks. Would highly recommend!

Sugar beach resort
We enjoyed our stay at sugar beach resort! The condo was lovely and has a view of the ocean from the patio. It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a pool on the property which my family spent a lot of time in. We would definitely stay here again! Aloha

Terrific view, privacy, proximity to hop in a car and head to any and all the sites. Only 20 minutes from the airport. Shoreside with balcony views of the ocean. We loved it. Rejuvenating and relaxing.

Excellent location, clean, nice set up.
Great central location and quiet. Unit is well equipped for cooking and all goodies for the beach, chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards, kids toys, small cooler, ice packs, amazing! We booked a holiday for the same unit again for next year!

What a wonderful vacation! We loved the location. The apartment was nice with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were surprised to find Hawaiian chocolate and coffee when we arrived. Thank you; we appreciated the gift.

Love it!
The apartment is perfect for a small family, you will have access to all you need. The apartment and the condo are very well maintained and not crowded. The beach, nice restaurants and shops are 5-10 min walk. We will come back.

Maui kamaole b210 was clean, comfortable and air-conditioning worked great for our family of five for 10 days. Don't over pack, there is a very nice washer and dryer on 1st level with sanitizing steam setting! Trash and recycling bin was close by. 2 pools were nice. Condo was close to several beaches. We could see the sea from the main balcony. Outside closet had 2 body boards, a small cooler and 4 beach chairs. Plenty of books and games and an extra chair in dining room closet. It was nice to see plenty of beach towels, complimentary bottles of hair and skin products, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap pods and a small bottle of dish soap. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishes. We even added an upgraded wine opener. Lots of extras left by other renters, ie. Salt and pepper shakers, some spices, reynolds wrap, plastic wrap, some ziplock bags. Bring more ziplocks, soft toilet paper and large trash bags, and reef safe sunscreen. Wi-fi and cable worked great. Had a problem with garbage disposal stopped working, but it was fixed quickly. Water filter on fridge needs changed or bring a new one with you. We all used our individual water bottles and filled them up with store bought filtered water. A $40 filter from home would have saved us time, energy and money, though.

We will be back. The condo was amazing. The whole Sugar Beach complex is beautiful. Our new favorite place to stay while in Maui. Highly recommend this location to anyone. Easy walk to the beach. Pool has large and plenty of lounge chairs. We love how close it was to downtown Kihei without being in the busy area.

My husband and i came here for a week and had the best time. The condo is decorated so cute, it’s so clean, and has everything you need for a great week including beach chairs and beach towels. We loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and wine on the porch at night overlooking the ocean. The view is unbelievable, as is the rooftop! We will definitely be back.

I have booked three times with Vacasa, and each time has been great! Communication is amazing and I would highly recommend!

Cleanliness: very clean, no smells, provided plenty of towels, and extra toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra blanket and sheets if needed. Refrigerator worked properly and ice machine works well.

Room for improvement: On my recent stay, I wish there were beach chairs or an umbrella for use during the stay. That was the only thing missing!

Would def book with Vacasa again!!

We spent 10 days at this unit and it was very comfortable for six adults. It is clean, quiet and spacious enough we didn't feel cramped at all. The only complaint i heard was some of the power outlets did not seem to be functioning well enough to charge up some of the electronic devices. A very minor issue during an otherwise great stay!

Perfect all the way around…
This upstairs unit has a wonderful ocean view and is equipped with so many amenities. Close to the pool and the laundry facilities are great to have on site. Beds are very comfortable and we love hearing the ocean breeze at night! We will be back.

Fantastic location, gorgeous view!
We could not be more pleased with the location, cleanliness, and welcome gifts! The view was beautiful from the lanai. The queen size bed as well as the pull out couch were super comfy and we slept well to the sound of the ocean. Mahalo for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful mother/daughter vacation to Maui! The condo was awesome, the view is breathtaking, and it was perfect for the two of us. Great location- close to shopping, dining and many of the best beaches. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful grounds, great location, excellent unit, fully equipped. Overall a 9/10 experience. Minor gripes - since only ac unit is in bedroom, would appreciate it if ceiling fan in living room working properly (i think it needs replacing, barely turns even on full high setting). Unit was spotlessly clean but carpet kind of in need of replacement now/soon. Truthfully, carpet in a seaside resort is odd. Also, pool was quite cold. Cold enough that some people wouldn't go in it. Nothing that would keep us from coming back though!

Vacasa has simply been the best property manager. I never worry about my place on Maui. They continuously have it booked and treat the guests with such aloha. When a problem does arise they handle it quickly and with professionalism. I basically don't have a single worry with Vacasa. On the flip side when i go on vacation i use Vacasa.
