Wendy's

I waited 20 minutes for my order. They did not have it readyI, and they have a lot of cars behind me. So I offered to move and wait for my meal. After 20 more minutes they got my salad and realized it was missing everything that make it a taco salad O told them that, waited 10 min and had to go in to get the missing items...just to find the employees screening at each other. 😬...

The food was hot and fresh. However, the size of the spicy chicken patty was notably smaller than previously.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker with two hungry kids and a Pomeranian. Was immediately welcomed. Two young men working the drive thru window were great. One processed my payment quickly and asked if my Pomeranian could have a treat. They speedily handed out the hamburgers, a nugget and lemonade. As I pulled away one of the men ran out of the building and flagged me down to give me a straw that was mistakenly left behind. Awesome service with employees who go above and beyond!

Many homes didn't have power in the area. The line of cars wrapped around the building at 7pm. They dealt with every car as it was in line. I asked for items removed from my burger. They followed the order perfectly even with the line wrapped around the building. The staff calmly explained the situation and kept putting orders out.

Ruth is the best worker I’ve ever met, she runs laps around all the other workers and I think she deserves a raise! She is amazing and makes the drive-thru a fun place to be! Love you Ruth!!

The food is always good. Drive-thru can be a little long and sometimes the employees argue and yell at each other, but I really don’t care if the food is good.

Manager ken had the best customer service I've ever had and made one of the best and biggest burgers I've seen. Shout out to the night crew y'all are the best employees. Best wishes to you guys.

The person taking our order was super courteous and conscientious making sure he had our order correct.

I only do Spicy Chickens but it was back to fresh again .. in the past it seemed to be cold/old/etc but we're talking when COVID broke out & the few times we went. We don't eat out much but glad to see it's back to how it should be & machines are not always down again.

I like this Wendy's a lot. The food is consistently good, even though I've eaten there a ton of times. The staff, including managers, are nice. My orders always come out on time too! :D Keep it up guys!

Definitely go here if you're looking to eat after 9PM. Its actually open and they do a great job. I'd say don't bother with McDonald's but they never seem to be open late night anymore. Also they're terrible across the board now

Today, August 29th, 2020. I didnt catch her name but the blonde there tonight is the real MVP, she might already be a manager but awesome customer service! They forgot my crispy chicken and she sprinted out to my car and caught up with me before i made it to the road. She deserves a promotion.

Even though we had to go through the drive through, it was quick, and it's been a couple years since I had a Wendy's double, it was excellent, and for the fries, hot, not like a lot of places cold, good job Wendy's employees, I will return, got McDonald's beat hands down

Went there tonight and everything was perfect. The employees were very nice and friendly. The food was on point.

For the westnedge store only, this is my frosty heaven. This one actually has decent service. The exit to westnedge sucks.

Even though u don't have to they're wearing masks! Everyone was. This made me so happy and I felt safe to continue to go there! Thanks Wendy's on gull Rd in Kalamazoo! U r the best!

Wendy's is good but since the covid it seems like I never know when they're open they're short on crew members which means nobody's there to work to serve you food good luck again I like Wendy's but seems like every time I go there there's your closed
