Burger King

I went to this BK Monday 3/18. The service was exceptional. The manager James is very friendly to the customers and good to the crew. Keep it up!

Best Burger King I’ve ever had, every time! They are really good at doing their job, and are very nice! Service can get slow sometimes. They kept everything spotlessly clean, and made my experience satisfying.

honestly the best burger king i have gone to in the kalamazoo area the atmosphere and kindess they display is extremely extraordinary. i dealt with the manager james and he was very polite and nice as well as everyone else that was working there today on 3/6/24 i will be continuing my business with them from here on out.

Your drive thru was slappin hard tonight!! Being understaffed isn't easy but I definitely appreciated the interactions I had with the gentleman at the window and the girly with long hair, I think she was wearing an orange shirt (short memory 😅). Yall were awesome and had such good attitudes for being short staffed and with Thanksgiving being tomorrow. Thank you again!

Drive-thru is always a little slow, but the food here is always consistent and good. I come here way too often. The staff can sometimes be a little unfriendly when they are stressed, but I have never had anyone be rude to me.

I just had the BEST Impossible Whopper I’ve had in a long time! I had to call and let them know & actually spoke to the young lady who made it. Amber, kudos to you for taking care in preparing our meals! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Food was hot fresh. Friendly staff. Clean inside and outside of the store.

I was at your Store yesterday at about 240 ish and the manager in charge was wearing many hats and super short staffed but managed to keep a smile on his face and stay super positive and was very nice! We need more customer service people like him! Our whole order was complete and right! Thank you for all you do

I was hungry and the 'other' burger place had me waiting 10 minutes in line with employees moving around haphazardly without any obvious purpose, and only 1 cashier during lunch hour.
I left, remembering this Burger King was close, and walked in a few minutes later. There were lines, but they had more than one register open and the crew was obviously helping each other to make things run smoothly.
With 15 people in line ahead of me, which I originally thought would take forever), I was still done less than 5 minutes later with hot food and a very comforting 'Thank You' from the nice manager that gave me my special order burgers.
I must mention that I rarely go to BK, but this experience has made a difference in where I go next time....

Burger King is always a good spot for a meal. They are offering their two for six dollars combo deal ( either whopper, spicy chicken or regular chicken). I really enjoy all the meal deals. The French fries there are the best with ranch sauce. The personal are always pleasant and the service is quick. Your burgers are always made fresh and I personally have never had any problems. I recommend this Burger King to anyone who wants something quick and good to eat.

Fastest service I have ever had at a Burger King. Food was average, can't complain about it. Staff was friendly enough, and didnt seem miserable like a lot of fast food locations

Fast drive thru service. Usually never have to wait forever in the drive thru. They give the meaning drive thru, "fast" never have I waited in a line here for a half HR as I've had to on many occasions such as McDonslds. Friendly service, good prices and 2 for deals.

Its BK. Everyone has eaten here. The Gull Rd location service is good during the day. Sining room never crowded. They have free wifi, and a tv set to CNN. Alot of cheap menu options.

Fast, super friendly service during lunch rush! Our meals were accurate, hot & put together nicely!
