Showed up at 9:30 with a grubhub order the store never received, reordered with them maybe 10-15 minutes from close and they were all very cool about it. Amazing and friendly staff working tonight hope they get some type of recognition!

I just received them best made pizza and cheese bread that I have had in years! The food was delivered piping hot and the quality was so high that I felt like a kid again. People just don’t do their best when preparing food anymore but the people at this Pizza Hut sure did! I would give it more stars if I could!

Great staff, great food, great service grandkids love stuffed crust so it's a favorite order when they visit.

I like this place because unlike Geno's here in parchment they get the order to you in a quick hurry and their food ain't cold, greasy or disgusting and plus it's cheaper also

I placed an online order for lunch to be delivered to my niece who was home for a snow day. The order had already been completed when I realized there was a mistake. Calling the store I spoke with Samantha who listened patiently and suggested I speak with the manager Jake. Jake was so professional and helpful! He made the adjustments to my order and re-billed my card. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it! Also my niece loved the heart shaped pizza.

Every now and again I'll call The Hut for a quick lunch pick up and they never disappoint from the food to the service.

The food is always on point. I've only had 1-2 orders that were incorrect and they fixed it without hesitation. The crew is chill but helpful and polite. The actual indoor seating area is limited but is always clean when I go in. PLUS they have a drive thru window. YUP.

Placed an online order for later pick up, but made it for 6:45 instead of 7:45. When I realized my mistake around 7:30 I called them and they offered to remake our order rather than sell me an hour old pizza. Thanks for helping us out.

I had gotten away from Pizza Hut for the last couple years. Their stores, staff and product we're slipping and I chose to go elsewhere for my pizza fix. Recently I decided to give Gull Road Pizza Hut a try and was pleasantly surprised. The store was well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the pizza was very good, so I'm trying it again and same experience. Well done pizza Hut!

As usual, the Pizza Hut website screwed up my order. An alert employee caught the problem and called me to insure the order was prepared properly. She did an excellent job.

The gal behind the counter and also our waitress, was nothing short of excellent today! We were there with our 2 grandsons, ages 10 & 8. She was very proactive to our needs and wishes. There was a special needs lady in there also and she couldn't have been kinder and more friendly and helpful with her. I was so impressed!! Your employee's name was Triste!! If I had a business, I'd steal her away for sure!

I always call in an order. They always have it ready when in a timely manner. It's always hot. Cashiers are quick with their services. I've never had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut.

I always do the carry out through the drive thru window (it’s on the left side, so go around the building from the right and you’ll get to it).
Only one time I was left waiting at the window a while but they seemed to be going through it so I wasn’t mad. Just about every time it’s fast and easy and my food is hot and fresh.

The delivery guy was the sweetest! Our pizza was perfect!

I ordered pizza from the Gull Road Pizza Hu in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The pizza was great. It was hot when i got it home, it had loads of toppings on it and it was tasty.
