Arby's

Had a DoorDash delivery get lost and was unable to contact the Dasher themself, so I then called Arby’s themselves. Employee Emma was EXTREMELY helpful in finding out how to go about getting my food redelivered through the DoorDash app (as Arby’s themselves does not do delivery).

When I finally got my food re-delivered I got a nice hand written note and a couple extra cookies! This made my night. Definitely went above and beyond and it was extremely appreciated.

P.S. the jalapeño bites here are tops.

Arby's is one of my favorite places to eat. The drive thru is always fast and the people are never rude or short when taking your order. The order itself is correct 14 out of 15 times.

I would just like to say, thank you. Thank you for firing me on my first day because i donate my time and energy to charity instead of money. Because I am 30 and wrote silly answers on a paper burger you wanted me to fill out. Because Im not a 16yr for you to brainwash in behaving like a victim because I know better and carry a knife on me for emergencies. Thank you. Because of you firing me, I was offered a career at my dream job and it wouldnt have happened if this place hadnt singled me out for being a real person. I wish all of you the best of luck going into this year and for all your customers to see how hard you work to keep them happy and to keep their meals hot and fresh.

Let me tell you. My man Cody was so fun. I was in literal tears. The amount of joy in this one man is insane. He literally works at an Arbys. How is he that bubbly. Best fast food experience in my life. 10/10 would recommend Cody.

Can't say much for the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru, but as for the food, it was definitely top notch.

Amazing customer service! Was greeted as soon as i walked in! Was helped very quickly and got my food very fast! Will come back again! :)

I do love there curly fries I always order big and they don't forget anything.

We each bought an extra (4 for $10.00) to bring home to enjoy later. My sister tossed all mine in the trash!😡😭

Drive thru but all was just as expected. Food was good, enough meat on sandwiches. Everything prepared to order and requested sauces given.

This Arby’s has some rockstar staff members who are some of the friendliest fast food employees I have seen. The food is what you would expect from an Arby’s and there is almost never a line here so you can get through very fast. Easily the best fast food restaurant on Gull Rd.

Well let me tell you, son, they've got the meat. You need protein? Scratch that, it's not a question, you need protein. And they have it.
Ask for the meat mountain, it's not actually listed on the menu, but it is definitely an option. For like $10 (or whatever idk) you get a pile of every meat they have between two buns, which isn't really that bad of a price considering arby's is the most expensive of the fast foods.
Good luck cramming all that meat down your throats, you absolute carnivore you.

Went thru the drive thru for the loaded fries, and they were excellent!! I got them with curly fries because those are great anyways, and having them with cheese, chicken and bacon just made them perfect!

This Arby’s is always amazing. I placed a mobile order and unknown to me, they were closing early due to staffing issues. I told the drive thru worker I had placed a mobile order, and they had me pull up to the window, show them my receipt on my phone, and made my food fresh. No hassle, no grief, just profusely apologizing and made sure my order was 100% correct and filled. They always go above and beyond!

This is my top choice for a tasty quick meal. Fast food that's not greasy! Plenty of choices and a great value, especially if you use their coupons to get lunch for under $5. The coffee is very good, but I wish they had decaf. Yummy shakes and coffee drinks.

Emma T. may have had the best attitude that I have ever seen in fast food. She could train others on how to smile and be pleasant. She needs a promotion and a raise!

Still friendly and helpful. They do not sell lawn mowers or Milwaukee products anymore. Still had a key made got a gas can no big yank. I'd rather but stuff here than from a nose picker at a box store.

Tonight I think half of the area was without power. The line at the drive through was all the way around the building and to the exit to Gull Road from the time that I got there until the time that I left. The staff were getting people through in a timely manner and the woman working the window was very friendly and cheerful despite what had to be a very hectic time. Very good job, you wouldn’t have known that you were short staffed. You couldn’t have done better!

Tonight we were going to order domino's and have an eat out night. We'll an hour and a half we didn't get our order we canceled and had a very bad experience that ruined our whole night. We thought we'd give it one more shot and headed to Arby's to try and salvage our dinner for us and our family. We got in the drive through. Got through quickly.. got up to the window with a smiling face. ANAKIN by far changed the entire tide of our night. He was through with our order asking sauces twice to make sure and a drink carrier (which is rare now). He had friendly conversation and just overall made our experience 5 stars. Thank you for the wonderful experience I hope anakin gets the recognition he deserves
